I would not buy again from Thunderbike because they use DHL Post a very slow service which can take weeks and not DHL Courier.

Hatte heute eine gesonderte Anfrage zu einer Retoure,… Das Team von Thunderbike Custom bietet wirklich einen super Service, sind hilfsbereit und vor allem unglaublich kompetent und schell bei ihren Rückantworten! Schön, dass es heutzutage noch so was gibt.

I have by mistake come to order Switch Wire Extension Kit 10" which I do not need, i ask them to please remove it from my order and not deduct the money, i send the email 5 minutes after the order af this morning they reply on my email.

disappointing customer service, now I can wait for my package and then following return the item and with costs as a result.
