Ho acquistato una voopoo Drag X3 e devo dire che è veramente PESSIMA dal lato touch. Fumando tranquillamente il touch si attiva e ti cambia Mode ti blocca il tasto power ti cambia animazioni ecc ecc. L'idea del touch è carina, se mettevano un tasto fisico per disattivarlo, ma diventa una vera disgrazia per fumare. Non la consiglio a nessuno soldi buttati

I should never have ordered direct. Period. Ordered 3/15/2026 and as of 4/4/2026 it hasn’t arrived. The order per their Chinese tracking in somewhere in my city and they said 4 days ago it should be delivered within 2-3 days. I have asked for a replacement or refund to which they haven’t responded to. Seriously. Do NOT order from these people.

Voopoo shipped my item with counterfeit postage. I got a letter from my postmaster that I have to pay quite a bit additional postage to claim package. I refuse.
They knew what they were doing and it's illegal. Ive been loyal to their brand for years and now I will find a replacement.

The response from customer service was quick but the answer was diabolical. I live in the Philippines , next to China, Temu, Shopee, Lazada all ship from China within 7 days. Not Voopoo , Voopoo quoted 10-12 days but they ship it via Netherlands half way around the world then back again - 4 weeks to ship !

Unacceptable. I will shop elsewhere next time.

Ich habe bei VOOPOO im offiziellen Shop bestellt bzw. mich dort registriert. Für solche Online-Shops lege ich grundsätzlich eine eigene Telefonnummer an, die ich ausschließlich für diesen einen Anbieter nutze.

Kurz nach der Bestellung/Registrierung kamen auf genau diese neu erstellte Nummer plötzlich Werbeanrufe. Da diese Nummer vorher nirgends verwendet wurde, liegt für mich der Verdacht nahe, dass meine Telefonnummer weitergegeben oder verkauft wurde. Das wirkt auf mich absolut unseriös und zerstört mein Vertrauen in den Shop.

DO NOT TRUST VOOPOO!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND VIOLATE THEIR OWN TERMS OF SERVICE WITHOUT RECOURSE.

I ordered over $50 in coils. Voopoo's policy states "Delivery will take about 2-6 days via USPS if shipped from USA directly." The order didn't even ship until 3 days after I ordered, with a delivery date 6 DAYS AFTER THAT.

When Voopoo was notified about this, they tried to argue their processing policy of "1-5" days, saying they "upheld their terms", like that had ANY relevance to the issue.

Voopoo DOES NOT uphold it's terms, they do not take accountability for their own errors, and they gaslight their customers. I will be filing complaints with the BBB, my local consumer protection office, along with the FTC.

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH VOOPOO

basicly ordered 2 times one time everything is perfet fast shipping other time got the wrong things but its fine becouse they put in bigger value items and shipping was fast as hell

Idk I ordered coils they came in good condition, shipping took a bit longer so take that in mind. But everything looks good also got a good discount with a coupon code - 50% off so i was suspicious maybe it wouldn’t come but it did. Happy with my purchase, recomend.

They do not honor there warrentys on devices . They flat out refuse. Dont buy voopoo. Bought one contacted them after 28 days well within the 90day warranty. And they said to make the place i bought it replace it. ITS there warrenty.

Extremely poor & weak rubber on their Drag S2 tank. The rubber had split on my tank, so I can't vape at all now! What if I was heavily reliable on nicotine and as a result as an ex smoker, I then went to the nearest shop to smoke again. Voopoo could then be responsible for someone to start smoking again because of the need for nicotine. Voopoo need to make products to last, not rip off customers by manufacturing products cheaply & not to last. I won't be purchasing a Voopoo product again in the future.

After I made an order, I didn't have tracking for several days and I read the bad reviews here and got worried it wouldn't show up, so I requested a refund via paypal. Big mistake! This company is trustworthy, and they still sent my order even though I made a refund request and got a refund. They trusted me to pay for it again once the order was received and it showed up in under 2 weeks. They have excellent customer service and were happy to work with my over my concerns. They do their own shipping for the first few days and that's the reason I had no tracking for the first week. You can trust that your package will track after about a week. Great service. Ive completed several orders from shop.vooopoo inthe past 2 years with no issues. The prices in general are normally better than the other sites and they are usually having a promotion as well as offering a discount, which I like.
As of yesterday, Im not so sure now. .. I was having trouble in checkout so I attempted to find a support number, but there isn't one. So I tried the "instant message" support option they offer and it got weird from there... Someone to my request, but im not convinced it was actually from their support staff. The response came simultaneously ti the "instant message" as well as my email and the email was in Chinese. The message was odd, suggesting I use a provided link which, as was apparent in the text of the link, was simply a site that allows you to copy emoji's to facebook. I messaged them back and they apologized and sent me another link. The link the eventually sent just led me to another vape supply website that showed no relation to voopoo, and did not solve my checkout issue in any way.
Well, eventually I figured out that if I remove a battery from my order, the payment options would appear again, so I completed my order. Now Im going to wait and see if that was a wise decision considering the odd interactions in the "instant message" support looks quite suspicious.
I will repost with update once my order does/doesn't arrive.
UPDATE: 9/23/25
Well everything I ordered came and actually a little faster than usual. I still don't know what to think about the strange stuff with the support chat, but in the end I gotta great deal and that's worth another star.

Really did not like it. It gave me the jitters really bad and I felt really sick and kind of dizzy on it. I thought it was just me. But then I talked to a friend who bought the same one because I bought one and they had the exact same problem as me

Voopoo fails to provide with a confirmation mail on purchase. I bought the same order a week after, this time I recieved a confirmation mail. They seem to do this on purpose to confuse their costumers.
Entire experience is all from userfriendly.
I only recieved half my orders since my extra pods are coming from China. Despide I picked EU on all my orders.
I only got tracking mail on half the order. Would not recommend.

I ordered drag 5 and two batteries for it then when i tried logging in into the account i bought the products says the account doesn’t exist and didn’t get any email for confirmation of the purchase. Don’t recommend buying hero got scammed about 52 euro

I placed my order 2025 01 31 (Drag S pro pod). Everything was ok until after a month I inquired where my order was stuck. They found it in Germany. As an apology they told me I would be gifted a box of coils and a discount code. Another month later I just received the gifted coils. After bombarding the customer service with emails I got an answer just a week later. Apparently the item that I ordered because mine broke is out of stock and instead I was sent a box of coils that are not even compatible with my pod. After many heated emails back and forth I was told that I can not receive a refund and should keep the coils. In consensus I was scammed into buying extremely expensive coils that even if I had a working pod I wouldn't be able to use them.

I purchased a Voopoo Argus G2 and used it for just one week before it stopped working. I reached out to their customer service, and they instructed me to go to the store where I made the purchase. When I went to the store, they simply told me to email Voopoo again. Very poor customer service overall. I feel like I'm being sent in circles without getting any real help. Definitely not satisfied with my experience.
