I ordered a Drag X2 in Golden Champagne and they were out of stock, so they sent pink. I told them I didnât want that color and the result of their customer service was that I keep the pink one and the next month when they are replenished and they will send me an additional one color of my choice free of choice. Later on, I pointed out that one month to get the color right was too long and we agreed that they would send me not the Drag X2 but the new Drag X3 upgraded and shipped immediately completely free of charge. I got the exact color I picked, and I am very pleased with my experience. As for the vape I have now (the pink Drag X2), itâs a finely crafted piece of work that works very nice, and I watched some YouTube reviews on the Drag X3 and see itâs a perfected product now with some old quirks being addressed with the new model. I ordered 4 packs of coils as they also gave me a BOGO coupon that stacks multiple times in the same order, and am very pleased. I will soon be ordering the Vinci Spark 220 as they just emailed me a 50% off coupon for it. I canât believe this, itâs insanely good!! Thanks Voopoo!

Voo Poo stood by their warranty and replaced my drag 4 kit a drag 5 kit when the drag 4 had some issues.. Highly recommend buying VooPoo products. Just make sure to save receipts..

Ordered coils
Ordered coils, and they were sent from a third party. When they arrived, the postal service (USPS) stated that it was a fraudulent label and that I had to pay shipping, which I had already done. I contacted them, said they would refund. Never did. They sent more coils, but the label was still fraudulent, and this would cost more than the first one. They are frauds.

It doesn't charge half the time. I just put it on the charger and got 2% over an hour and then moved to a different wall outlet and got 2% in 5 minutes. The coils last for a day or less. The company ships their Chinese crap from Canada. Everything about this is a Chinese scam. They sell defective goods to foreigners because we're too stupid not to buy them. Stop buying things from China.

Usei durante 4 anos a velhas máquinas Gene Ai, sem nunca ter problemas. Infelizmente tive que mudar de aparelho, pois tudo tem o seu tempo de vida .Comprei das novas Vmate pro, já em penas 1 mês e meio já tive que comprar 6 cartuchos que nas velhas os cartuchos me duravam mais de dois meses. O mais grave é que fiz reclamação no livro amarelo em português. Estes respondem me em inglês, disse a esse email que era português e que tinha comprado os seus em Portugal. Recebi então um email em português a dizer pra fazer um vÃdeo com os problemas que descrevi. Vou mudar de marca pois Voopoo tem mau apoio ao cliente e não merece ter clientes portugueses e conheço muitas que querem mudar de cigarro tradicional para um eletrÃŽnico. Vou lhes dizer que não vale a pena comprar aparelhos da Voopoo. Pois estes não existem em Portugal.

Sad and a bit shocked to see such overwhelmingly many low score Voopoo seems to have. I've baught every single one of mine in a physical store while they still exist, so I haven't been through shipping from them which sounds aweful.
But collectively with family and friends we have 4 Drag x, 4 Argus and 2 Drag x2. All 4 Argus still works great after a year going on 2nd, both Drag x2 works after œ year ongoing.
2 Drag x have a little funny business with the button, but I have no problem working around that. The Bronze knight limited edtion shuts off after 2-5 puffs atm, though I'm trying to see if it may be the connection alloy down at the battery.
All in all after seeing all the posts here, I'm certainly happy with every single one of them.

I just purchased a voopoo drag 5 which is a fairly decent product. I hate the magnetic battery door it constantly moves and pushes off while vaping or in your pocket Etc. Also spent a $100 on the product at my local vape shop and then get out to the truck and realize it doesn't come with batteries. So hard to turn around and spend another $25 on batteries which is ridiculous I think. obviously you need batteries to use the product and they're not a size you normally would have at home so that was especially frustrating so had to purchase them for 25 more dollars. product works great tastes great. It's simple to use. Just I feel like those are its 2 main character flaws.

I bought 2 voopoo vapes and straight after 3 months they got broken each, the battery doesn't last more than 1 hour and not charging properly, when I email them, they told me that is my fault because I use the wrong and to powerful charger, but they don't provide charger just a cable, avoid it is a scam, they don't care about customers just to make money, greedy bustards

Insufferable liars
I placed my order 2025 01 31 (Drag S pro pod). Everything was ok until after a month I inquired where my order was stuck. They found it in Germany. As an apology they told me I would be gifted a box of coils and a discount code. Another month later I just received the gifted coils. After bombarding the customer service with emails I got an answer just a week later. Apparently the item that I ordered because mine broke is out of stock and instead I was sent a box of coils that are not even compatible with my pod. After many heated emails back and forth I was told that I can not receive a refund and should keep the coils. In consensus I was scammed into buying extremely expensive coils that even if I had a working pod I wouldn't be able to use them.

I reached out to inquire as to WTH was going on and THEN they tell me this isnât anywhere near NYâŠitâs coming from China and the average shipping is 10-15 business days.

Absolutely rubbish,
Threw in the bin with the 3 heads came with it.
Had to refill after a few puffs.
Filler cap really difficult to open on both types of heads I received, all didn't work after second attempt to fill. Once used, heads are so grey in the heads you can't see level of oil going in.
Iv informed the NHS as there really a bad idea for people to even try stop smoking.

I have 5 voopoo vapes, m100s, drag, x2, etc.
None of them work consistently. One leaks, one just won't fire, one says low power even though it's a new battery, etc. These things are total garbage. I wasted about $150. I should have read their refund policy before I bought them. Basically, they don't do refunds.

I emailed these guys asking for an estimated delivery and all they could say was âitâll be shipped in two daysâ but heard nothing back. Itâs been over 5 days so I emailed them again and have received no response. They have poor customer service which it boils down to communication. It also states on their website that items are shipped within two days, thatâs also a lie. I wouldnât bother wasting your money here. Youâll never receive what you paid for. This is embarrassing.
