Very easy website to find items i needed, good delivery time and very competitive prices. Overall very happy with the service, will be using the company again.

Late delivery

Item only arrived the next day after I called because ordered 3 weeks ago and no sign of it. When it did arrive the box was completely wrecked but thankfully nothing appears to be damaged. The items themselves look ok on inspection, so it's more about the delivery than the product. Not sure what went wrong, but grateful it finally arrived. Otherwise prices reasonable, and hopefully quality good.

Made a second order and couldn't fault them, so assuming first order was a blip. Thank you for a quick delivery second time around.

We are currently looking into what happened with the timeline for your first order so that we can learn from this and put measures in place to prevent a reoccurance. In addition, we're not happy with the condition of the packaging on upon delivery, so we will pick this up with the courier.

Very annoyed

Very annoyed. After exchanging several messages with this company I was told I would have my item delivered today and yet again no attempt has been made to deliver my order. Unfortunately now it will not arrive by the time I need it by. Avoid this company at all costs!

We are very sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience on this occasion. This is far from what we would expect to see. I will attempt to resolve this now and put this right for you.

I can see that you emailed into us yesterday at 16:19 to raise this issue. Our Sales Team replied to your email at 08.47 this morning explaining that the courier could not gain access to deliver your item yesterday, so they sent you a link to rearrange your delivery at a time that suited you.

Could you confirm that you have received this email, please? It would have come from sales@wessexcleaning.com and could have been caught in your 'junk' folder?

Excellent service

Excellent service. It was very simple to order, I was kept advised if delivery throughout and it was delivered extremely quickly. Also, delivery cost charged was very reasonable considering the weight of the products. Will definitely use this company again
