Commande passée le octobre 2024et, six mois plus tard, toujours rien reçu ! Service client inexistant, réponses vagues quand elles arrivent, et aucune solution proposée. On encaisse l’argent, mais on oublie d’envoyer la marchandise. Une vraie arnaque ! Si vous aimez jeter votre argent par la fenêtre, foncez, sinon passez votre chemin.

It was easy to select the machine I required parts for, then just add the parts to the basket.
Having real time stock levels is important and being able to keep postage cost down by choosing to despatch only when all parts were in stock is a great feature.

I ordered olight batteries 17/13/2024 turned up not working they say they will replaced it and was told by Simone that I will get it soon and still nothing , this is so bad I’m going to open a case with bank and PayPal , do not buy from these crooks they are terrible . Listen to the people in here and believe us , the batteries that were sent was dangerous please saved your money and buy from somewhere else’s or you’ll risk the lives of yourself and loved ones 🙏🏻

Ware wurde bis heute nicht geliefert, die am 29.10 bestellt wurde. Trotz mehrmaliger Anfrage auch bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Werde meine Bestellung stornieren u hoffe das ich mein Geld ohne anwaltliche Hilfe zurück erhalte
