Firstly the website is quite easy to use ordered some electrical items to be delivered at earliest convenience package arrived on time and as stated but unfortunately some of the items were not what I ordered however on contacting the supplier they immediately rectified this by getting the right service items sent out to me first thing the next morning which I regard as great service we all make mistakes overall very very pleased

I had problems with the delivery, the item had a dent and didn't work. Andy help me with the replacement in a very short time. I'm very grateful with Andy, the way he managed this issue it was just amazing.

Item never delivered. DPD stood me up 3 times. Finally DPD said item being returned to seller, even though seller said its on its way to me "special delivery" !!!!. SELLER (ie shop4 electrical) REFUSES to issue refund until DPD returns item to them even though they accept package was never delivered !!!!!!!!! NO COOPERATION whatsoever from seller, disgraceful. Now have to raise issue with VISA - waste more of my time .

What did my emails say? Send it by FEDEX BUT do not torture me again. YOU refused. YOU said items first have to come back to you by your courier. What if they lost the package????. What do I have to do with your courier??????? WHY is my possible refund or re-sending via Fedex have to do with you getting your package back from DPD?? Do you not have 10 more plugs to put in a new package if you REALY wanted to correct your mistakes??? DPD NEVER delivered package. SO it was NOT a return by customer. DPD message said "buyer unknown at address" !!!!!!!!!! Then they said to collect from collection box system in area but NEVER provided code. THEN YOU said you spoken to them "delivery at home tomorrow" . When "tomorrow" came YOU SAID DPD is returning to base. So you are repeatedly lying and trying to make the customer look bad and responsible for your shambles. I am a doctor and lost 2 days over this.

You are lying about offering Fedex the next day. Next day is what I asked for. YOU said end of week (ie 5 days) or next week ie 7-10 days BECAUSE you WOULD NOT send with FEDEX until DPD returned original package to you AS PER YOUR EMAIL ABOVE. The 5-10 day window you offered I did not accept as I was travelling .....

Well this is a surprise !!

I think you will do well to change your delivery company

Yesterday I was promised a home delivery for today AFTER you consulted with DPD !!!

In any event, FEDEX is ok provided they can deliver when we are in:

1) Any time today Tuesday 24th

2) Wed 25th either BEFORE 11 AM strict, or after 4 pm any time

That is the best I can do at some inconvenience !!!

So you can see next ay FEDEX WAS one of the OK options with me, so you are not truthful

Ordered my materials got a message saying order processed and then told order dispatched and order arrived promptly very satisfied as usual great service

I am still waiting for part of my order received the end cap for the trunking but not the trunking.
