I ordered the set of drawers for diamonds. It is cute and will help prevent my husband from spilling them on me when I am working on a project. It came in a timely manner which impresses me.

I had issues on the delivery due to my post office errors and I contacted Shopanydeals to see what I can do. I had a few texts with Helen who immediately answered back on all my emails until issues were resolved. I received my two pre-framed pearl diamond art and they are beautiful. I have completed them and am very happy. Many spare diamonds left. Great colors and super cute art all ready framed. Yes its worth to go through this company. I will order again. Thank you!

I’ve ordered several 3D diamond paintings and accessories from Shop Any Deals and have had a really good experience overall. The kits are fun to work on and everything usually arrives as expected.
On one of my orders I was missing a few drills, so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and sent replacement drills without any hassle, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to see a company stand behind their products and make things right when something small goes wrong.
Overall I’m happy with my purchases and will continue ordering my diamond painting supplies from them.

I absolutely love these trays and containers, they are a game changer !!

I bought a set of boxes that fit into trays for diamond painting and the description was a bit misleading which made me think it included both the small boxes and one tray. When I received it, it was only the boxes and because it ships from China, shipping is $8.99, which would mean the tray cost would be very high. I went back and forth with Helen Tang and she agreed to cover the shipping charges if I just paid for the $5.00 tray, which I did, and then received it very timely. I feel her attentiveness and customer service was excellent. I would recommend their store and would buy again from them.

While my first order was less than ideal, they did give me a voucher to help cover some of the replacement cost. I ordered from them again and the order was exactly what I hoped tje first order would have been. Its a wonderful company to buy from .

I received an email stating my order had been delivered, however I got nothing. Sent email to customer services enquiring about order. Got email back asking for order number and email address ordered from. Since then have not heard anything and that was 2 weeks ago. Have since sent several emails regarding update on lost order, still nothing.

I placed an order for an electric toothbrushes (paid over £150) at the end of January and it never arrived. After contacting support, I only received generic replies saying they would check with the partner seller. No tracking information, no dispatch confirmation, and no resolution.

From a customer point of view, taking payment and then failing to supply the goods or provide a refund is unacceptable. The responsibility sits with the company, not some third party they mention in emails.

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be careful, because this feels like a scam.

ShopAnyDeals exceeded my expectations for customer service! I had commented on a sales ad that I'd ordered the product but one piece arrived broken. They reached out to me to resolve the issue. They were fast, courteous, and a great example or proactive customer service!

Beautiful! I wanted to try a new hobby and the diamond art showed up on FB. I ordered 4 portraits and waited about a month. Once received-these were SO worth the wait. Beautiful, easy and well priced. Customer Service (Helen Tang) was quick and responsive when I made contact. I am completely amazed at the ease and quality of this product. Can’t wait to for my next order!

It nice to read some reviews where they received good customer service. I bought from them in November. I’ve never received the product. When I inquired about my product they said it was lost at the local facility. I looked at the tracking and it says it was returned to the company. I’ve emailed and ask for them to send the product or give me a refund. No answer. I’ve spent 3 months dealing with this. Sure wish I could get some good customer service and a resolution to this. Replacing one missing product is cheaper to replace than lose that customer forever.

I bought the DIY kit diamond painting to make coasters. The colors are absolutely beautiful and lots of fun to make. It takes about an hour to make each one. They are all different and once you get started you don’t want to stop because each one is a masterpiece! I highly recommend!

When I had a problem, Helen Tang resolved it immediately. Customer service is so important and so limited in our world today. I live in Hawaii and sometimes it takes a lot to resolve an issue. I also have enjoyed the products I have purchased. I highly recommend purchasing from Shopanydeals and if you need assistance please ask for Helen.

I found responses to my inquiries were handled quickly and with personal caring. Helen Tang seems like she actually wants to help in any circumstance.
I do feel that the item I purchased was a little expensive compared to similar items that I have seen in your catalogue.

I had beads missing from one of my picture and all the beads from another picture. All were replaced with no questions asked. I have received many pictures and never any problems.

I placed an order on August 25th and after four weeks it was still showing as in transit I e-mailed the company and they replied immediately that it was still in transit. After two more weeks and I hadn't received it, they responded right away that they were sorry and I could either have my money refunded or a replacement order. I choe the replacement, it arrived within a week in great shape, Great company to deal with. I will definitely order from them again.

I am always very satisfied with their products and customer service.
