Canât fault them! I ordered on Sunday night and the items arrived midday on Tuesday. I bought about 10 things, they all look like theyâre high quality. I definitely felt like the items were good value, cheaper than places Iâve bought from in the past, particularly as I tend to only buy titanium as I have a nickel allergy which can often be quite expensive. The range they sell is really wide as well - Iâll definitely be back when I inevitably lose the stuff Iâve just bought!

Faded jewellery
Some of the jewellery was nice, but the colour faded off one even though it was supposed to be stainless steel (I checked before buying) ð the colour remained on the bar of the piercing but on the design itself all colour faded. The rest of the jewellery was alright though , so if you do buy maybe donât get the ones with a design added onto it.

Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your comments and would advise that plated jewellery can fade even when manufactured from surgical steel. We recommend removing plated jewellery before showering as this extend the life of the jewellery significantly.
Disappointing
The earrings were smaller than they looked on line. 4mm must have taken in the outside casing.
I couldn't get the back butterfly off or on.

Jewellery was pretty but customer service can be better
I bought 4 pieces nose piercings jewellery. The jewellery is nice although the size can be misleading, it was small. I tried calling but no one picks up the phone which is seriously disappointing. It says your jewellery is titanium and surgical grade steel. I wanted to use it as starter jewellery. I may have to wear it at all times, even when I have a bath. I hope the jewellery won't cause any reactions. Please do reply and pick up the phone when customers need to urgently reach you.

We can confirm that Titanium jewellery is better for new piercings than surgical steel and is safe to be worn when bathing or showering. Surgical steel is generally safe for healed piercings, however on rare occasions can cause issues with new piercings due to the small amount of nickel content in surgical steel.

Doesnât screw on after a week or two
I need to contact the company regarding this piercing considering the screw no longer works meaning the bunny at the end falls off constantly. After a few weeks this should not happen at all
