Ho acquistato sul sito scoperto per caso un set di bicchieri di design. Davvero stupendi!! Ciò che però ha fatto davvero la differenza è l'eccezionale attenzione verso il Cliente. L'invio dell'ordine ha subito un ritardo rispetto a quanto pianificato e indicato in fase di acquisto e la cosa mi è stata immediatamente comunicata, così come mi sono stati comunicati i successivi aggiornamenti in merito alla spedizione. Il sig. Giulio davvero top!! La consegna dell'ordine è avvenuta senza alcun problema, nonostante la fragilità dei bicchieri, tutto perfettamente confezionato e imballato con cura. Esperienza assolutamente da cinque stelle! Complimenti!

Perfect shopping experience
I ordered 2 Kawara lamps with Shop Decor online. The communication, service (ie. they told me i could order the lamps in very many different colors, which was not available through the standard online shopping) and fulfilment was very, very good. The perfect combination of online shopping foloowed by personal service. Fast, reliable, trustworthy and very good prices. I am 100% satisfied and can recommend this shop totally. we found the liberty base in a hotel in austria-seefeld and so we wanted to order it.
the hotel msnager gave us the internetadress, where we can find it.
we first hesitated and asked for a real meeting in north italy at the last hollyday and the answer by mail was, we also ship to munich.
then the blach friday came and the offer was so good, we just ordered.
and today it arrived.
it really looks like the on in the hotel. so thx a lot. we love it!

Ho comprato una confezione da 4 di mini-cocotte Le Creuset (molto belle), ma purtroppo una è arrivata con un manico rotto, nonostante il pacco fosse integro esternamente. Ho contattato il negozio via e-mail spiegando il problema e fornendo documentazione fotografica. Nonostante fossimo in piena buriana natalizia, mi è stato dato tutto il supporto possibile per farmi avere la sostituzione dell'articolo in tempi assolutamente ragionevoli. Ci tengo a ringraziare ancora il sig. Giulio Panza, che si è occupato in prima persona della questione, e tutto il Team di Shop Decor. Consigliatissimo, perché è in queste circostanze che si vede la serietà di un venditore.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional customer service — thank you Giulio
I want to leave a review specifically for Giulio Planza and the Shop Decor customer service team.
Although there was a delivery delay caused by the courier (FedEx), Giulio was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He checked in with me regularly, kept me informed without me having to chase, and was genuinely friendly, reassuring, and proactive from start to finish.
He took full ownership of the situation even though it was outside Shop Decor’s control, discussed the issue with his manager, and arranged a refund for the priority delivery — which was incredibly fair and very much appreciated.
I haven’t even opened the package yet, but based on the customer service alone, Shop Decor deserves full marks. Giulio made what could have been a stressful experience completely manageable, and his communication and care were exceptional throughout.
I’ll leave a separate review once I’ve opened and used the product, but I really wanted to highlight the outstanding level of customer care I received. Thank you again, Giulio!

best service ever
my knIndustrie glass boiler cracked after one year of use and i just could not understand what had happened.
tiziana romano patiently diagnosed the problem and found out in the maintenance instructions that a heat diffuser should have been used for gas hobs.
now i can consider buying another one after finding out the exact cause.
the attentive, polite and friendly service was the best i have ever experienced. it was inspiring to see someone giving her best in what she does. what an impressive performance. thank you again tiziana!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Shopdecor einkaufen.
Im Oktober haben wir eine Domeniconi Kuckucksuhr gekauft. Diese hatte leider einen Mangel. Die Reklamation wurde zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit abgewickelt. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter der Firma Shopdecor reagierte jeweils umgehend und sogar telefonisch (auf deutsch). Die Ersatzlieferung und die Retourenabholung durch Fedex lief reibungslos und kostenfrei. Vielen Dank für den perfekten Kundenservice!
