I strongly advise against using this company’s services. The package I ordered was never delivered, and despite multiple complaints, I did not receive any real solution or refund. As a result of this situation, I have suffered financial losses exceeding €2000.

The whole situation appears to be deliberate and likely a scam. The alleged courier company “Megatron,” which turned out to most likely not exist at all, kept inventing additional delivery fees in order to extract more money.

The company’s lack of responsibility, lack of support, and the way customers are treated are completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate full refund and a clear explanation of the situation. Otherwise, the case will be reported to the relevant authorities.

I have already reported the matter to the police, my bank, and the relevant inspection authorities in the United Kingdom. I also believe that similar cases should be referred to the consumer affairs department in London to prevent further customers from being misled.

They are a bunch of scammers. They run a fake website to rip you off!

Final update 8/22…. I had to file a claim against shopdermalfillers. This company will send you a link from a spotter company to purchase. Then not have the products on the shopdermalfillers sight. BE VERY CAREFULLY. Before I deleted the website from my account. I notice the scammers may changes to the site as if it legit….. DO NOT SPEND HERE, I just about lost $500 from the scammers. And they have WhatsApp and other links to appear legit., ……..Update 8/4/25 to avoid given me a reputable tracking number I was given a number from a company called Megatron shipping whom claim to have my package will will deliver it if I pay $1000 in insurance I mean this company just doesn’t stop. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I again requested by refund for item I purchased but has not received
