Avoid at All Costs!

DON'T USE SHOPEE EXPRESS!

UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE. This delivery service is an absolute disaster. My parcel was supposed to arrive by the 19th, but guess what? It’s now the 20th, and the damn thing is still "out for delivery." Do you have a courier wandering around aimlessly, or are they just sitting on my package, treating it like a personal vacation?

This is beyond unacceptable. Tracking updates? Nothing but lies. How do you mess up something as simple as delivering a package? SHUT THIS DELIVERY SERVICE DOWN—they make snail mail look like express shipping.

This isn’t just bad—it’s an absolute disgrace to the entire logistics industry. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence is so high, it's honestly laughable. Get your act together or get out of the business.

Non-Existent Customer Service

Customer service is practically non-existent—don’t waste your time. I lodged a case on 12 Feb 2025 over a missing in-game bonus. As of 26 Feb 2025, it’s still unresolved.

Agents keep giving the same template responses without reading the full case—just the headers.
They repeatedly ask for information I’ve already provided.
At the end of each chat, they claim to have escalated my case, saying it will take 1-4 days.
Instead of addressing my latest query, they send another template response, then extend the resolution time by another 1-4 days when I follow up.
A common delay tactic is ignoring questions until the system auto-closes the case—some agents even close it themselves before resolving the issue.

There’s no way to escalate complaints to supervisors or managers since you can only contact them through customer service.

The app’s poor user experience, unclear promo T&Cs, and terrible support are overlooked because of the low prices. Buy at your own risk.

Rude and hostile delivery guy who apparently took video or photo of me twice!

My review is about shopee express.

Yesterday an Indian guy came to deliver parcels to my sister. She wasn't at home and so I opened the door.

Upon hearing a knock on the door, I asked who it was a few times but the Indian guy didn't answer.

I decided to open the door within a minute despite getting no response from the Indian guy. He immediately gave me a very hostile look as if I'd offended him even though I'd not. (NOTE: HE WAS VERY HOSTILE THROUGHOUT!)

Then he pointed to a parcel on the floor. As soon as I bent down to pick it up, he immediately moved his phone to an angle where he apparently took video or photo of me. (His phone was initially behind him)

After I picked it up, he wanted to pass me another parcel on his hand. So I opened the gate. And as soon as I opened the gate, he moved his phone from behind his big bag (His bag was placed partially in front of him) and aimed it at me. I believe he'd apparently taken another video or photo of me then.

I'm not sure if he's aware that it's illegal to take video or photo of someone inside a house from outside. And I've reason to believe that he was acting under the instructions of someone, because I've never met him before.

I hope shopee express will take immediate action against him to protect its reputation.

Absolutely hate this company

Absolutely hate this company. Zero customer service for a shipping issue where there was a missing part and kept denying my claim with ZERO explanation or opportunity to follow up. Taking my business to lazada and amazon! screw this company.

PerfumeCastle and Shopee sucks

I have bought and collected over 20 perfume bottles and based knowledge and have soild proof from my photos that its fake. 4 times ive sent application for 'Return/Refund' but Shopee rejected my claim just based on Batch Code Data. Not even taken into consideration that there is clear mistakes from the photos ive sent. I did not get my refund. Do not buy from PerfumeCastle and Shopee sucks!

Very bad experience with Shoppee

Mistral water became faulty after 4 months causing electricity tripped on CNY day 2. Luckily my usual contractor didn't charge me double for CNY.
Shoppee CSO offered to raise refund. A man claiming that he is the boss of Shoppee called, ridiculing and calling me names for "asking for refund after 4 months " ! with several doctors and nurses attending to me as I was in emergency!
Prior to that, I emailed CSO that I was going to hospital.
When I told him I would not patronise Shoppee again, he sounded shock and abruptly cut off ended the call.
Shortly after, Nick, the seller called. He raised his voice and told me off that he would only provide "good service " to "nice" customers, not demanding ones like me. He claimed to be a licensed technician and that my apartment's wiring could have caused the trip. I have some basic electrical knowledge and questioned him that if that was so, how could the heater worked fine for 4 months. He asked me to provide evidence, which I sent him my licensed electrician's written chat. Thereafter, he told me to revert to Mayer, which he got his products from. He also said that I being in hospital is none of his business!
I strongly recommend not to use Shoppee anymore.
I googled and found that the boss is originally from China and the goods are mainly China goods.

scam rewards. The daily coin rewards for day 7 says up to 1000 couns but whenever i get it( i have done this up to a hundred times) it always gives 3 couns(3 cents)???

Bought an iPhone 16 from shopee flagship apple store. They sent me a defective phone which unable to charge or use. Filed a return/refund and was rejected by shopee. Very unreliable and scam platform to do online shopping. Be careful and don't buy expensive stuffs at shopee. Leave a bad review for this purchase, guess what!! They hide my review!!!! Such a terrible disgusting platform.. never buy there ever!!

I went all the way through and ordered something on the website. Now it says that to track the order and all other things, I need to download the app. I can’t download the app as my Apple Store is in a different country. Why don’t you state this before I start?? I have a Singapore phone number but no way of accessing the store. Useless. No one to speak to either.

Bought a mobile from shoppee from oppo official store in shoppee mall

Bought a mobile from shoppee , oppo official store in shoppee mall. After receiving the mobile on it started setup after putting all the asked steps then colors update came in so it started updateing then restarting of the mobile started so the mobile keep on restarting & off the keeps on restarting & off for non stop for more than 30 minutes till the mobile started to heat up but it didn't stop keep on & off it self I tried to off the mobile by pressing power button the button doesn't work it's keep on restarting & restarting.
So open dispute in shoppee app to get the refund. Shoppee said they will pickup the mobile back next day to send it back to seller so I texted the videos of mobile keep on restarting to the seller & shoppee too. After many days passed shoppee texted said they will not refund my money but will pay to seller. Cause seller says if mobile have any problem send to service center in Singapore. They will not take it back.
Shoppee released the money to the seller. Now says they will send the spoiled mobile back to me after 5 days . Shoppee done injustice to us . Is there any department to Question shoppee for doing this injustice to the customer & the oppo official store in shoppee should be asked for it too. We bought the mobile from them they should replace it with new set but they refused that is totally unfair.
Singaporeans must think before buying mobile from shoppee oppo official store in shoppee mall.

Negative stars for this infuriatingly atrocious service!

I received an order 17 days after it was canceled and refunded. For three miserable weeks, I chased the seller non-stop to COLLECT BACK their parcel, only to be threatened on WhatsApp that they’d report me to the police if I didn’t "place the order." Absolutely ridiculous!

When I escalated to Shopee customer service with a detailed timeline of events, they shrugged it off like it was nothing, completely ignoring the seller’s harassment. How is it acceptable to deliver a canceled parcel so late, ignore constant reminders to COLLECT it BACK, and allow the seller to THREATEN a customer?

Only after I repeatedly pushed and mentioned reporting this to the police to protect myself did Shopee finally act, arranging for the parcel to be picked up on 13th Jan between 11 AM and 2 PM.

This isn’t the first disaster—returning a PowerPac fridge was another nightmare. PowerPac may have won some local brand awards in 2013 and 2015, but past glory means nothing now. SO Please Beware users!

After years of loyalty, I’m done with Shopee. Both Shopee SG and the sellers are permanently blacklisted.

Edit: so in the last minute, shopee said they are fully booked and asked me to re-schedule the pick up🖕😊👎 👎👎

Shopee logistic is like a scam

I have a lost package.
The courier left it on my upper shelf of my shoe rack. I didnt activate the option to "allow them to leave at doorstep". When i call the customer service, they acknowledge it. But however my refund request rejected
.They kept on insisting the item delivered based on the photo the courier provided. And later on they said i allow them to leave at doorstep, when i ask the proof, they simply ignore.
I request for shopee to place the item of my 4 incoming shipment in my riser but yesterday it came and delivered 2 and the courier still place it on the same spot where i lost my package previously. My complaint left unanswered till now. While my refund request they have rejected 3x.
I will be reducing or even find another shopping platform from now on and infom all of my friends and relatives to becareful with shopee and stop buying from them.
Their logistic clearly having an issue and they just refuse to take any responsibility.

Should not use HDB residential flat as re-distribution center

Shopee logistic service should engaged only commercial entity in any HDB neighborhood as selected collection/service point for "Self-Collection".

HDB residential flat is not suited to be a parcel re-distribution center for "Self-Collection". HDB residence is not equipped to be a parcel warehouse for "Self-Collection".

Shopee should cease all Residential Points operating from HDB residential flats immediately, especially the one located at 321018.

Shopee Logistics, Customer Service and Collection Point

Shopee Logistics, Shopee Customer Service, and their Collection Point at Block 201A, Compassvale Drive, #04-509, Singapore 541201, violated The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act from 19 December 2024 to 24 December 2024 by not practicing fair handling of my parcel as a customer. As a result, I have been unfairly disadvantaged. They have failed to provide fair service to me and other customers, demonstrating a lack of transparency, unequal consumer rights and opportunities, and unfair treatment. These exploitative practices towards customers ultimately foster a dishonest, unbalanced, and unhealthy environment based on the following incidents:
(1) Shopee Logistics refused to send my parcel to my home address on 20 December 2024, despite having received the "Change of Delivery Address Request Form" on 19 December 2024.
(2) Shopee Logistics insisted on sending my parcel to the wrong address on 20 December 2024 and refused to follow my request made on 19 December 2024.
(3) Shopee Logistics refuses to admit their wrongdoings of sending my parcel to the wrong address on 20 December 2024, despite my numerous notifications through SPX Express, internet calls, and live agents on 19 December 2024 and 20 December 2024. After speaking to the live agent on 19 December 2024, instead of helping me in notifying the logistics, my request was marked resolved, and the case was closed. According to the conversation during the internet calls, their logistics had already received my request form and were aware of the change of delivery address on 19 December 2024. However, they refuse to send my parcel to my address. Thus, Shopee Logistics and Customer Service have disrupted and messed up my delivery orders. If the Collection Point had not closed on 19 December 2024, I would not have needed to fill in the "Change of Delivery Address Request Form. It defeats the purpose of filling in the form.
(4) Shopee Logistics should not have created the "Change of Delivery Address Request" form, since they are not interested and unwilling to accommodate customer requests. This form appears to be merely for show or to collect dust.
(5) Shopee Logistics did not take action against their delivery man, who damaged and looked inside the contents of my parcel despite the information being clearly indicated on the sticker affixed to the box. Additionally, my parcel was intentionally sent to the wrong address, and both of my orders were delayed. This conduct constituted misconduct, mishandling of parcels, not following the customer’s request and failure to send customer parcels to the correct address as specified in the form on 19 December 2024. Such actions were all concealed by Shopee Logistics and Customer Service.
(6) Shopee Logistics declined to acknowledge their mistake of ignoring my request on 19 December 2024 and insisted on not taking back my parcel from the wrong address between 21 December 2024 and 24 December 2024. As a result, I was forced to collect my parcel from the wrong address for the second time on 24 December 2024, after their refusal to collect it on 21 December 2024 at 11:03 am.
(7) Shopee permitted this Collection Point at Block 201A, Compassvale Drive, #04-509, Singapore 541201, to continue operations and refused to blacklist them despite the following happenings: (1a) This Collection Point was closed on an Operating Day, 19 December 2024, without informing the customer in advance, (1b) This Collection Point was aware of the incoming parcel on 19 December 2024 but chose to close on an Operating Day, (2) This Collection Point not allowing three customers including myself to collect their parcels on 21 December 2024, citing "personal events," followed by slamming their door on the customers, (3) This Collection Point refused to attend to the customer immediately and made her wait more than half an hour at their doorstep, purposely delaying the release of the customer's parcel on 24 December 2024. Despite photographic evidence submitted to Customer Service personnel to prove their actions, Shopee chose to protect this Collection Point instead of the customers, covering up all the wrongdoings of this Collection Point.
(8) I did not expect to be denied the ability to collect my parcel on 21 December 2024, at 11:03 am, during the Collection Point operating hours from Mon to Sat, 11 am to 8 pm. Customers who took the time and made the effort to travel to collect their parcels were being chased and sacrificed for the sake of the Collection Point. However, Shopee has sided with and supported this Collection Point.
(9) Shopee has permitted this Collection Point to exhibit rudeness, unprofessionalism, irresponsibility, dishonesty, inconsideration, selfishness, arrogance and aggression to Customers.

I was ordered phone 850$. Pre order 15days. Ordered cancelled by shopee and seller. Due to on-time not shipped. But my money refunded after 10 days.

Whenever I ordered, I paid with in second. But they did wrong, they unable perform well, they have been holding my money 15 days and 10 days for refund.

They have so many procedures and regulations to release customers refund. But customer money after paid it will going to order. Useless online platforms. . . It's happened many orders
