I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent Shopelan order. The item arrived in the incorrect size, a discrepancy I attempted to resolve through multiple emails. While I eventually received a refund, this was done without any prior notification or explanation. The only response I received was a generic, automated message stating the order had been cancelled, which is wholly insufficient. This complete lack of proactive communication and customer service is frankly unacceptable. I expected a more thorough and personalized response addressing the failure to send the correct size.

An incredibly chic brand with outfits for every occasion. I always make sure to shop Elan before every trip or event. Love their dresses, sweaters, the quality of their clothes and winter line. Highly recommend

Love Elan’s clothing. There are so many different styles. Fits well and is so comfortable. My favorite are the jackets!

This company’s customer service, quality & styles are AMAZING! Anytime I’m headed abroad for a trip I order a few items, knowing they always keep up with latest trends. Obsessed with their clothes! I buy all of my resort/beach outfits and sweaters from them. The dresses are also soo cute too - just overall great quality and style that only gets better year after year 😍

Absolutely love Elan! I’ve been buying their clothes for so many years now, they are always on trend and their quality is amazing. It’s my go to brand when gifting stylish pieces to my girlfriends! Also, their returns are super easy to do online, which is so important for me when doing online shopping! Love love love you guys!

Buyer Beware. I purchased 2 items, way too big, fit 2-3x larger than what is standard. It was very challenging navigating their return function on their website. Had to click on return button multiple times over 2 days before it took me to a return form. Processed for exchange of 2 items. The return QR code displayed on my laptop browser but no return/exchange email arrived in my inbox, Trash or Spam folders. Despite the return page on my browser indicating an email had been sent. I took picture of QR code with my phone from laptop and it worked at USPS. But I have nothing to refer to other than the screen shot. No emails, and any attempt to email is not working. Called customer service and it’s the same recording deferring you to email or you can leave message. I did later and there was no response. I suspect at this point I will not receive the exchange and will be out $.
Update: searched the internet for store physical location and number. The number connected me to a representative who reviewed the exchange and I received the items within 5 days. It was far too much work though.

I love this brand! Super trendy and they were so helpful when my package was delayed. Customer assistance is awesome and better than most. I especially love my shacket I got from them!

Feels like a HUGE SCAM! I bought a top that did not fit for Christmas. I emailed them for the return within the 35 day return period. Sent 3 emails and no response! Super frustrating. Now I am out of the return period, no response from company (they say they reply within 24 hours), if you call the customer service line they never answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Still hoping to hear back... out $85 for a top that does not fit!!
