What made my experience great was the fact that I actually found the right fob cover. This is tue second one I purchased because the first one was not the correct cover.
I am happy with the product!

Ordering was confusing. I ordered the wrong part and was told to bad. The Cadillac fob and Corvette fob are opposites. Some great companies would reach out to correct the problem. Not them.

I love the design however the back of the fob did not come with the open space for the symbol on the original fob. I emailed customer service but only received a general message. The issue hasn't truly been addressed.

I did not receive any of the items I paid for despite the tracking saying it was delivered!

Fast and accurate transaction.

The personalized emails were a nice touch. Key covers came prior to the expected delivery date. The functionality and appearance of the covers are exceptional.

Recieved partial order so far, 2 0f 4 covers and no straps yet. Still waiting on all of these. The ones that came are working out great. Just waiting on rest of order

This is my 2nd order from Exclusive Keys so that I would have all my key fobs covered. I have not been disappointed yet. Perfect fit each time. They are well packaged. Took a bit longer than I would have liked to get them but was well worth the wait.

I very much love the black and gold theme which is my favorite colors. The keyfob covers give me a sense of high class

Ordering was very simple and the cost for the quality was great. The fit on my key is outstanding and looks wonderful.

Only had it for a couple days but it looks great so far so good

Horrible customer service. Email them immediately after placing an order because I noticed the key coves had the trunk button missing, and did not match my control.
They requested photos and I send them right back. After that, they took a long time to reply,4 and was told that the item had already shipped and could not cancel my order.

Ask them to cancel my order because it took them over a week to even acknowledge the order. Finally showed up and it is terrible quality. Tried to get a return two times but haven’t heard back yet.

Ordered 2 Exclusive key covers and they came but they are turned around and do not fit our key. I have spoken to them 3 times about a refund and they are giving me the runaround! DO NOT purchase from them! Terrible customer service.
**edited response*** I did go back and make sure I ordered the correct fit (which I did) and I did reach out directly to your customer service team and Sergi…. Still no progress on refund!

I chose the Black & Gold Exclusive key covers and they look great!
Easy to put on and arrived to my house in Canada in a reasonable amount of time

2019 Cadilac. I ordered the 4 button keypad by mistake. I needed the 5 button. After waiting a few weeks the order finally arrived. I offered to return the item unopened and pay shipping both ways. I was told they couldn't do that.
