No tengo mala reseña como tal, pero si fui buen atendido por el equipo de soporte

Je n'ai rien demandé et on m’à prélevé deux fois sur mon compte, alors je dois être remboursé mais j'attends de voir. Si il n'y a rien qui se passe, je devrais porter plainte et contacter la DGCCRF.

Brutta esperienza con una società che una volta si chiama PEDALVENDOR e una cvolta Shopgadget. Società dalle quali non ho comprato niente. Avevo ordinato un ventilatore in un altro sito ma non mi è stato consegnato.

I got an email headed “Prime membership renewal”, so I clicked on it to pay for this. Instead, it went to a “Shop gadgets” site, which is nothing to do with Amazon. After contacting them, a lady called Clare has been very helpful and is processing a refund. I am satisfied with the service I’ve received and how quickly it’s been dealt with. I will do a further review, once the refund is in my bank account.

I raised a complaint which the company responded to very quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
