It took 2 weeks before I received a tracking code. The tracking code has now been showing as "in transit" for over 5 weeks.
The tracking company is very poor also. Looks like these come across from Asia with no way of tracking.

I've now contacted my bank to mention that this looks to be fraudulent activity.

I am writing once again regarding my order placed on march 3,2026, for one handheld console, which included the purchase of shipping protection specifically intended to protect against loss, delay, or other delivery issues.
Following my purchase, I was issued a tracking number through Yun Express indicating that a shipping label had been created. However, it has now been over 30 business days since my order was placedâdouble the 15 business day delivery timeframe stated on your website.
Since the original delivery window expired, I have attempted to resolve this matter in good faith by contacting Stephanie at GameLab Customer Support and support@gamelabusa approximately four times per week. To date, I have received only two generic responses indicating that you would contact your shipping partner and that I would not be âleft in the dark.â Unfortunately, no meaningful update, shipment confirmation, replacement, or refund has been provided.
At this point, your company has accepted payment but has failed to deliver the purchased product, provide verifiable tracking updates, or offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement shipment or refund despite the shipping protection that was purchased.
Please be advised that these circumstances may constitute violations of U.S. consumer protection and commerce regulations, including but not limited to:
⢠Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), which requires sellers to ship merchandise within the timeframe advertised or provide prompt notice and refund options if delays occur.

Ordered two back on feb 18th 2026 and have still yet to receive the items I ordered for my kids birthdays. Glad it wasnât the only gift because itâs now may 10th 2026 and I have yet to receive little more than some weekly worded âguaranteesâ that my order/tracking are shipped. I have 3-4 emails from a rep named Stephanie and another from a Luke Harrison. I have no faith that I will ever receive my order and have filled complaints with the BBB and refunds with my bank. My experience is still on going. I placed an order in good faith on the 27th February 26 for the total amount of £66.89. These were ordered for my son as a birthday gift.
My son has autism with Global Learning Delay and this console would be perfect for him.
I have yet to receive my order, I used the contact form on the website to let the company know I have yet to receive my order. The communication from this company is very poor, practically non existent.
I am at the point now after sending 6 emails chasing for some answers I have demanded a refund and reported them to trading standards.
