I used these after my a1c came back at 7.8 and doctor told me i needed insulin. 3 months later a1c came back at 5.9 and he told me it was no longer needed because of the improvements
i also take one before every meal now, especially meals that are heavy in carbs because it helps prevent any spikes. and when i don't take them i spike and crash super hard
shipping could be faster tho but results made it worth it
