ShopperNOW is a great mystery shopping opportunity for people to earn a little extra on the side. The company offers different opportunities to learn and engage with retailers. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This company is so reliable and consistent. If I need help staff always get back to me asap and are very helpful. Amount of shops available varies but often there are plenty and some online options online as well. Sometimes instructions aren’t written very clearly which can lead to confusion over how much you will be reimbursed, what to do for the job and what information you need to remember.

Great communicators, excellent platform, fair pay and most importantly - plenty of work.

I've been working with ShopperNow for over a decade😅 It's an easy and fun side hustle! You can choose your own jobs and hours, and even reschedule, no hassle at all. This job has been really great while I've been doing 'The Big Lap' of Australia in my campervan, especially since the more remote jobs will earn you a bit extra😁

I have been using Shopper Now for a long time and it is amazing. Instructions are always clear and easy to follow. Staff are easy to contact and very helpful and best of all they pay promptly and well!

I have enjoyed collaborating with ShopperNow, the staff are friendly and approachable, and the whole process is very user friendly when coordinating mystery shops with my varied daily and weekly routines.

I do thoroughly enjoy doing secret shopper as a side hustle. I enjoy the report system as it’s quite to the point and easy to access. My last experience was through a dental clean which was great because I learnt a lot about my teeth and where to go from there. The dentist was lovely and took me through the whole process which made the experience far more informative than I thought it would be.

I haven't had a shop since around august 2022. It was good when a lot of shops were available but now I think they're just hiring too many people which means unless you have insane fast internet, you'll miss out.

The support of the online team is great when completing jobs! Even though it is mostly online work, you still feel like you’re being supported! A great and easy job to do in your own time.

Great company with flexible hours! Very responsive team who are more than willing to help. A good way to explore my community a bit more while earning a bit on the side.

Great company to work with and the people there are really nice.

This is a great way to earn a bit of cash, and what I personally like is that it is taking me to areas/suburbs I haven’t been to before so getting to experience that as well is an advantage.

Jobs are great, easy to follow briefs, easy to complete reports, and validation is quick. A huge improvement on 3-4 years ago when I was last doing mystery shops.

Love the flexibility and variety of working with ShopperNOW I can work it around all my other commitments and it’s fun to do. Not only am I making some money on my terms but also learning a lot about the products I use in daily life along the way. It’s a win win.

ShopperNOW has great communication and easy to pick up jobs if you're 18-20.

It’s a good job to have on the side, however you need an income to do it as pay is mainly being reimbursed which can be hard when you don’t have money in the first place
However it’s very easy to find jobs to do near by, they have really good communication between you and staff and the jobs themselves are very simple but also fun.
I would give it 5 stars if there was a bigger profit
