j'ai commandé un casque et j'ai reçu un modèle vieux et moins performant ! je pensais avoir fait une affaire avec un casque reduit de 149 euros remisé a 119 euros ! sauf que pour ces 119 euros j'ai reçu un casque a 80 euros !? j'ai fait la réclamation en renvoyant les liens d'amazon ou il etait a 73 euros mais non rien voulu savoir et m'on proposer de le conservé pour 80 euros ! bref l'arnaque je me suis fait pigeonner pour écouler leurs vieux stock d'ancien model chinois Focus A10 une belle daube ! cette marque oneodio a ne pas acheter conseil d'ami prenez du bose ou seinheiser vous serez jamais déçu !!

Just a aliexpress resale website. Same product available directly from China for half price. They even make it seem cheap by giving coupon codes and big discounts

Had a quality issue with my order.
Got in touch via email but no response.
I discovered the live chat and talked with Ada who was more than understanding and helpful.
The replacement item arrived today.
Great tracking available with both couriers.

Ada from Shopsta acknowledged my problem straight away. I was sent simple instructions on what they needed in an attempt to solve my problem. I was then notified that Shopsta was sending me a replacement product and a shipping confirmation shortly followed. This was all done within 48hrs. Fantastic considering the 12hr time difference.

After having complications with wireless headphones I ordered, I decided to reach out to customer service for assistance with an exchange.

After reaching out through their contact email, I received a reply within 24 hours. Clear instructions were given as to what was required from me in order for their team to process an exchange.

I provided their customer service team with the requested information and within 24 hours, new headphones were being shipped to me free of charge.

The correspondence between myself and their customer service agent Ada, was frequent, professional, and encouraging. Ada provided several updated emails informing me of the current status of the exchange process, until the new order was shipped.

I 100% recommend Shopsta and will continue to shop from them. Thank you so much Ada for all of your assistance!

They sold me a gaming headset.
I received same only problem its voice prompt settings were in Chinese.
upon further interaction with Ada from shopsta they have provided me with a replacement model that has english as standard for no extra cost

Update: Aanpassing review na contact met shopsta. Aangenaam verrast door hun direct initiatief. Mss moeten wat betere communicatie in benaming vd producten.
Na een tweede contact, op hun voorstel, werd het verschil in prijs zelfs terug gestort. Toch wel sterk.

Absolutly best costumer service i have ever experienced.

Ordered a gaming headset. Got it fairly quickly, but the dongle had an error og couldn't pair with headset.

Wrote to support, very quick repsonse.
Told them step by step, that i had troubleshotted everything. Nothing worked.

Instead of sending a dongle, they will send me a whole new headset at no cost.

Ada in customer service was very helpful, even though the process was time-consuming.

At first I was skeptical about this website, after ordering headphones as a gift that cost over €100 (approx 1200sek). Which unfortunately weren't what my partner wanted. I contacted support and I had a GREAT experience. I got an answer quickly, especially considering the holidays from Ada. She was incredibly helpful, offering a new pair free of charge since they were slightly faulty and then giving me a full refund when asked for it. This made me feel very safe about ordering from this website. I would highly recommend buying from this website because of the excellent service. The other reviews weren’t lying about this, hence why I bought from here.

Amazing customer service. Bought a Bluetooth speaker that was defective. Emailed Shopsta and problem solved within half an hour. Would definitely recommend them and will use when buying other devices etc in future!

Shopsta seem to be SCAMMERS BEWARE

Well after about 13 emails I was sent a refund of £93.96 sent to my credit card.
So if you want to buy Oneodio Headphones go direct to Oneodio site , they are also on Amazon, you will save a wad of cash.
Another example Shopsta price for Oneodeo Focus A5 headphones is £114.95
Direct from OneOdeo or Amazon is £59.27
There has got to be a good reason why there is such a big price difference..... what do you think?
