I have shopped with shopsta many times and after buying several touch lamps one of which turned out to be faulty I corresponded with Ada from shopsta who sorted out a replacement for me straight away after sending proof of the faulty lamp I have to say Ada always responded to me within minutes of sending an email with kindness and willingness to help put right the problem I would just like to also add in all my experience shopping online I have found shopsta to be excellent 5 star customer service. I placed my order at around 11am on Sunday 01/03/26, and by 11:30am on Monday 02/03/26, the parcel was delivered, truly impressive turnaround.
The service was fantastic from start to finish, and I wouldnât hesitate to recommend ordering from Shopsta.
I purchased noise-cancelling headphones, and if theyâre anything like the service, Iâm sure theyâll be excellent.

The camera i bought was not at all safe ,the charging cable set fire whilst charging the camera,,makes you wonder if we had left it charging whilst in bed ??? Shopsta wasn't interested in having returned to them to investigate the safety aspect whilst being charged ??? All they wanted to do was replace the unit ,after complaint made ,they eventually gave a full refund end of !!!! I think I will send it all and the photographs to the import agency and consumer health and risk government departments. This product !!!!! Should be taken off the market immediately whilst being officially safety tested as a massive fire risk to the public ,!!!!! .regards Arthur.

Very good customer service. Ada was prompt in replying to my emails and very helpful. The headphones I bought were good quality and I am pleased with them. There were a few issues. I found the same brand were being offered considerably cheaper elsewhere. Also next day delivery turned out to be 3 days. I contacted Shopsta and they were most helpful. We agreed on a partial refund. So pleased with the overall experience.

I ordered a wireless gaming headset for my granddaughterâs Christmas through Shopsta which duly arrived and was enjoyed. Unfortunately within a couple of weeks one of the padded earmuffs came adrift and couldnât be refitted. I contacted the company online explaining the problem, more in hope than anything else, but got an immediate response from Ada apologising for the issue, offering a replacement and asking for a short video showing the faulty goods along with the order number. This we provided and Ada responded again saying a replacement would be sent, apologising again and confirming the address for dispatch. The new phones duly turned up just over a week later much to the delight of one very happy granddaughter. Great customer service and excellent communication. Five stars.
Very good service!
I ordered a set of headphones, but months later I realised I had never received them. I contacted Shopsta, and they offered me a one-time replacement. Of course I was very happy with that (and with the friendly and helping reactions from Shopsta's Ada), and now I am even more happier: I received the headphones!

Misleading advertisement
I found their advertisement for Oneodio headphones misleading. They advertised it as simply 'A Series', making it impossible to do a price comparison online. I bought the headphones from Shopsta based on what I thought to be an independent review. I am not so sure about that now but the product itself is fine. The product shipped, the A10 is £50 more expensive than on Amazon for exactly the same item. I felt misled and complained. They immediately gave me a £40 refund. The misleading ad is still there.

Somic Commando headphones
I have read the reviews and was a little worried about some of them, however after ordering a pair of somic commando headphones they arrived but had been shipped from china and everything was in Chinese which made it impossible to use. Contacted the Shopsta website over the weekend and had a reply straight away, I followed what I was asked to do and sent it back and within the 5 days the refund has been credited back to account, whilst the product was great and what I ordered I couldnât use it due to being in a language I couldnât use. Great service and will be using the site again
Needs to be upfront about being in China
This company needs to be upfront about being in China. The delivery took a long time, two weeks plus, and when delivered it was slightly bent. The idea of returning it, ridiculous.
Following this review I was contacted by Ada from Shopsta who has resolved this problem to my full satisfaction. Great customer service.
