Never received goods ignoring all my emails stay away scam

SCAM take your money, crrste a fake tracking and remove shopify website.

SCAM COMPANY!! do not deal with. bunch of thieves.

Ordered a month ago still not received goods email loads no response never shop with again

Payment taken, item never received. Customer services details all wrong. Don’t buy anything from them.

Paid for goods that were not received!
I received a confirmation email acknowledgement of the order and have since sent emails to chase the order and not had any response 😡

Same as previous reviews - wish I had seen them first! Took my money, sent a confirmation email, then ghosted me. No response to emails and can't get onto their website. I've raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund.

Would have given no stars if I could. Took my money quickly enough but my item has not turned up, they haven’t replied to my emails and an error message appears if I try to visit their website to contact them through that as they suggest.

A complete con! You're provided with a tracker number that works, which gives you a false sense of trust. I’ve been waiting 3 months for the ‘viral’ animal print sandals and they will never arrive. All emails are ignored too sadly.

Same as the other customer scam company ordered sandals never arrived brought through shop to pay no one has got back to me

SCAMMERS ALERT!!!!! Did you see the jelly slider advert on TikTok? Well it’s a scam and you won’t receive your purchase. Open a dispute with your bank and you will get a full refund. I received a full refund today. They also use the name Strazoro for their SCAM. Same company, same silly C**TS!

Online retail company selling clothes, footwear e.t.c. Ordered on 28/6/26. Item not received, no reply to emails. Bogus phone contact, physical address appears to be used by many other businesses. Avoid, highly unlikely goods will be received and no way to get a refund.
