Easy ordering again after using the shorts for over a year

1 thing to comment about the promo is

I am using my birthday promo for 25%
At the same time you guys are doing promo as well, however the 25% is only applied to the original price but not further 25% off, i personally do not feel the exclusivity

I have redeem the points for rm15 voucher, ended up cant be use due to the 25% again

Not so happy about this but overall is good

You changed the sizing and now my favourite pants no longer fit. Extremely unhappy

have had a couple of pair of the everyday shorts in medium size, which I found too big. brought another two in small, which are a tight enough fit.
Too bigger difference in these two sizings I feel.
on the plus side ... great product .

The size chart is confusing, because of that I ordered the wrong size. Normally I will order M size, but when look at the size chart I ordered S size. When I received the item, it didn't fit me at all! Then I requested to pickup this item and asked for exchange. They promised to pickup on 19 Oct 23 around 9am until 6pm. I was waiting for the pickup until 6.30pm but no response. I emailed them few times and chat with them via WhatsApp but still no response. Was a bit disappointed of the service. This is my second time purchasing your product and it will be the last for me.

I ordered a pair of Everyday OMNIFLEX pants, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I asked for a refund, Thousand Miles were very helpful in facilitating the refund, service could not be better. Luckily the pair of Xplorer convertible pants that I ordered at the same time fit well, I'm very happy with them. I will purchase from Thousand Miles again with full confidence in their customer service.
