The customer service department is great. They replaced a size I ordered for another without any hassles. I have yet to try the undies but they are very well made and feel comfortable.

4.5 is what is my %. It did be a little but no one noticed, but I also use it for my UC problem and it works wonders for that.

The quality of the merchandise is excellent. The ordering and shipping went well.. any problems were sorted out quickly.

More comfortable wearing these. Since I started wearing I then I m no longer worried about leaking spots on my pants.

I like that I feel protected and I’m always dry

Product as advertised. They only arrived 2 days ago so too early to give five stars.

The messages from Vera do not relate to reality.
I had wanted to change my order placed from S to M sizes, like my previous order. I heard from Vera saying due to being very busy that my order had not yet been dispatched. Reading this I immediately wrote in requesting to change the size from Small to Medium. I was told my order had already been dispatched with no option to change it. They suggested I wait to receive them and then return them. That did not sit well with me who urgently needed them.
Anyway, the Small set of 5 arrived and they fit ok. I have therefore decided to keep them to avoid all the trouble to replace them.
You need to stop sending out useless generic emails from Vera which may at first seem like a nice touch but in reality are full of nothing but misleading information. Along with the fake closing down advertising.
Just be honest. Your product is very good so you should not need all the falsehoods to get your sales.

The underwear themselves are well made but like others they are not true to size. They are tight in the leg area and ride lower in the back on me. As far as absorption they are okay for very light bladder leaks but not for heavier leaks.

Absolutely loving these! Comfortable fit and so far leakage proof!

The undies do just what I wanted. They take care of the smell from incontinence and never feel wet from leakage.

I am so excited to receive my Veras undies! I have tried several brands that were not any use at all. The ones I've tried so far leaked right through to my clothes. Unfortunately the Veras were a bit too small. Even though they were tight I tried them around the house and they worked great. No leaks even though I did housework in them. I can't wait to get my right size. And customer service was so nice about sending me the next size for free. Very good company. I also think they are pretty. Thank you Veras Undies!!

Well I found for me the underwear were a little small in my normal size. But without hesitation I believe her name's Margaret took care of that by sending me in the next size up at no charge. They were quick to respond to me and very kind the entire time. The company is doing wonderful I believe because of their kind customer service. I'll be very happy when the new ones come. I always joke it's not the golden years it's golden mile trying to make it to the bathroom in time. I did tell Margaret that I appreciate her wonderful customer service.

They are very comfortable, hardly feel them on, well made. I am pretty confident that I will be protected. the other brand, everdries,is a joke, doesn't protect at all, went back to pads until I got these, wish I had seen them first and ordered
