Order problems, wrong items, no way to return

I ordered from Vera’s Undies and had a very poor experience. My order took 34 days to arrive, and when it did, there was no paperwork included — no receipt, no order number, nothing.

To make matters worse, I received the wrong size and the wrong item. I ordered a size Large full brief and was sent a size Small lacy hip hugger instead.

When I went to the website to return or exchange the order, I discovered that returns require an order number, which I was never provided — not in my confirmation email and not in the package. There appears to be no way to resolve errors when the company makes a mistake.

Between the excessive shipping delay, incorrect items, and lack of customer support, this company shows no concern for customers. I would strongly advise others to be cautious — do not get scammed like I did.

I enjoy the comfort, durability and absorbent, scent-free function of these undies. Customer service persevered until a professional and supportive solution was found. Vera's undies is a high performance company.

Great product!

Although the quality of the undies is great they are not as good a fit as the first order as they tend to roll down and need hitching up several times a day.

Vera’s underwear have padding that extends to the back of the panties which is good but the padding is thin. They would be great if the padding was thicker and more absorbent!

Took some time before they were delivered, however I expected this.
The knickers are comfortable to wear. The gusset on the outside does become wet, but not too badly.
I just change them as I would liners, however this is more eco-friendly.
Easy to wash and hang

This company is fantastic! I ordered the wrong size and they were quick to send me a whole replacement order for what I ordered! The new size fit perfectly. They are the best and easiest company to work with.
They even told me to keep the other size and give to someone else that needed them. I took them to the abused women's shelter. They were very glad to have them.
It's great to know there are companies like Vera's still out there.

These are better than most, so called incontinence pants, but will still only hold small leaks.

Great product, efficient delivery, helpful after sales, pleasure to purchase. Suffered from night time incontinence, Vera's underwear solved that and I felt dry and protected all night

These pants look and feel like normal underwear but with the added bonus of being leakproof. I dropped a star because unfortunately I didn’t feel dry if I have had a leak so have to change, this was ok if I am at home but uncomfortable if out and about!
I don’t agree with other comments on size , my first order I got a size larger but they felt baggy so my next order I bought my usual size, perfect, and there is no shrinkage when laundered.

I have needed this product for years and have tried everything I could find out there. I ended up embarrassed and disappointed.. then I tried Vera's and am so happy! I love love love love this underwear! Finally something that does what it says! Do not worry about odor or breakthrough with this product! Thank you, thank you Vera!

Excellent product after years of pads I can now with up 6 or 7 hours protection be comfortable and safe from leaks order more

I love the underwear! I used to wear pads but no more! The pads didn’t catch all leaks and disposing of used pads wasn’t pleasant!

I must change the underwear with larger leaks to keep skin dry, but clothing stays dry and no odor!!

Highly recommend this product!

Upon timely delivery of the product, we found that they were not the correct size for mom. Customer service was exceptional and replacement panties were sent out promptly. We are very satisfied.

Very discreet, which is a plus in itself.
Comfortable to wear, they don't pinch as other brands do.

Comfortable underwear great absorbancy and helpful assistance from staff. This company is the best I have ever dealt with and appreciate the quality and assistance and patience from all.

I received my underwear the day after Christmas. It took three weeks to arrive. The size is perfect, they are leak proof, and they do not show under your clothes. I love all of the colors.
