Phone attendant was rude and unhelpful while trying to locate the property, I was there well before the agreed time. They left the property before I could view. I was being respectful trying to explain I couldn’t locate the block; I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone so unprofessional before, like you’re doing me a favour or giving me a free house.

Great service from all at Shortland Horne. From Day 1 you made the experience simple and stress free. Great advice from Richard and all the staff kept me informed at all stages of the sale. Of the three estate agents who initially viewed the property before it was put on the market, your visit was the most professional and the most pro-active following the initial valuation, Wouldn't hesitate in using Shortland Horne again,

Advertising a property that’s not actually available for purchase. We made an offer after viewing and it took a whole week to be told they already have a buyer in place. Very Poor communication.
