I absolutely would recommend using Michael Anthony estate agents in Hemel to buy or sell your home. The team there is so friendly, respectful, patient, highly efficient and incredibly professional.
I mainly dealt with Tom and Ian and they really did help ease so much of the stress with my complex sale and purchase right from beginning to end.
They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Couldn’t reccomend Michael Anthony estate agents enough. Henry, Paul and the team have been so helpful and professional throughout our home buying process.

Colin and his team made the stressful business of selling a house far smoother than it could have been. I was kept informed throughout the process and Colin chased our buyers solicitors and our buyers buyer solicitors when things needed moving along to a completion date. In what was quite a taxing experience due to others in the chain being awkward to agreeing dates.

Amazing estate agents! I had short notice to find somewhere to rent and Michael Antony were able to get me into my new property within a week. All of the staff are very friendly and professional, Lauren in particular was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the reference process and helped with any queries I had. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The whole process was very smooth and timely. We were constantly updated by Dani about the progress. Exchange and completion was adjusted as per our requirements.

Really exceptional service from Michael Anthony, especially Charlie Turnbill. Communication about viewings was prompt and courteous and always received feedback on the viewings. Really felt that the whole team was always on our side and negotiating for the best price for us, very pleased with outcome and I wish every company would conduct themselves like this in a professional and friendly manner. Always able to get hold of Blake when needed. The transfer of tenants went through without any problems. The refurbishments was all sorted out by Blake never had to lift a finger except to transfer the money. Very happy thanks

He always had time for every call or when I sent my 10th email of the day and always responded in a timely manner. After struggling with other agents - they gave me hope of finding a home and helped me be successful. Would definitely recommend.
