Ordered 700cm Crown bifold shower door.
They sent the wrong door, they sent one made by Aica. This is a completely different manufacturer that isn't on there Web site, yet available for about £70 less than I paid for my Crown door on other website . Don't know if they thought I'd not notice, it was the correct size, it arrived fast, but they'd essentially over charged me, plus the firing tolerance was different. They refunded me quickly.
However they never answer the phone, it's always message saying they busy that then refers you to on line chat that is only a virtual assistant. The on line chat is another hoax, nobody is manning it. The only way to get in touch is by email.
Don't use them, I think I was lucky to get my money back so easily.

This is a scammer. They do not send you the order, they do not answer their phone, they do not reply to emails.

All the replies on this site are clearly ai generated generic nonsense.

I am going to have to contact the fraud team at my credit card to get my money back.

Never do business with this scammer.

Parts missing from order and wrong shower tray delivered. Absolutely no response from the company. Do not order from showerdoorstore.
