A first class experience. They stocked exactly what I needed - a replacement bottom runner for my shower door. It arrived the day after I ordered it and was simple to install. I was slightly confused by the inclusion of a spring, but this was explained to me clearly with the help of a diagram. Fantastic. What a helpful group of people ... I wasn't sure what to buy,but they pointed me in the right direction. What was needed was not in stock anywhere in the UK from any provider, so I went on their wait list for it. They managed to get stock before they expected and I purchased. The items arrived promptly. Mistakenly I ordered too many items, so I asked for a return of what I did not need. This was done promptly and a credit received for the items not used. Very pleased with the service from showerpart.

Required new lower shower screen wheels. Found shower-part via OnBuy. Product was well described with necessary measurements provided to ensure the wheels would fit an existing screen. Many companies must lose out on sales or have many returns as they don't provide the essential measurements. Delivery was prompt and fitted as expected. First class service. Would highly recommend.

Received shower door roller set the day after i ordered them and fitted them the same day. Fitting was straightforward and door now glides with no problems. Great parts at a good price. well done.

I ordered the wrong size which I only discovered after the very quick delivery. Contacted the office who were very helpful. Returned the incorrect part and ordered the correct one, which I received the next day, followed quickly by my refund. This company is a delight to deal with, well done.

It is so rare these days to find a supplier who is just perfect. Showerpart is one of the dwindling very few. Boy, do they know their stuff. Found me the part I needed, spotted my deliberate mistake. Despatched quickly. Even a video on how to fit.

I needed a replacement handle for the shower door. I saw one on B&Q so ordered it. Unfortunately I hadn't seen the length and had to cancel the order. Jo responded quickly and cancelled (thanks).
I worked out it was Showerpart so I went to their website,found the right size, ordered it late afternoon and it arrived 2 days later. Job done.
