About Us

Indre the Founder started the business back in 2007, making it a Limited Company in 2011. Since then, she has built it up over the past years with sheer grit, hard work and determination. This has enabled her to employ a small friendly team to help deliver good products, expert advice and excellent customer service. Based in beautiful Cornwall, Shower Part has a purpose-built warehouse and office, a short distance from the beach, where we dispatch all our goods.

We deliver Worldwide and offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm on Mon to Fri. UK orders also benefit from FREE first-class delivery. If you happen to live local, you are also more than welcome to visit our warehouse. For peace of mind, we also offer a 30 day no quibble refund policy. Please see our website for further details.

Our website (www.showerpart.co.uk) is available to purchase goods 24/7 for your convenience. Our staff can help with any advice or issues you may have during the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We offer a free part matching service, with diagrams and guides to help you find the correct part, first time every time. Our listings have clear descriptions, images and product videos and we also have tutorial videos to support you, including how to measure your part and our How do I fit my shower rollers in less than 60 seconds? which has been viewed more than 187k times!

Excellent service

Excellent service. Took photo of item and Shower part came back with an example item which was an exact match. Next day the item arrived by post. Fitted part which was easy to do because of the exact match that Shower part supplied.

First Class Customer Service

I was struggling to find a replacement for my ten year old damaged shower roller, so I decided to give Shower Part Ltd a try. They have a wide range of products to choose from, and I was able to find the perfect replacement for my shower. The customer service team was also very helpful and responsive, and the product arrived the next day as promised.

Replacement parts

A roller snapped on our shower cabinet and I contacted this company for advice because of their good reputation. They were very helpful, identified the correct part from a photograph and they quickly dispatched replacement rollers. Excellent service.

Excellent

When one of our shower screen wheels broke, I spent a lot of time searching for a replacement. Within minutes of emailing dimensions to Showerpart they recommended a replacement set, and when I ordered the new wheels arrived the next day. The recommended AQ2 wheels fitted perfectly and seem well made, on a par with the originals. Excellent service and product, thank you.

We recently received superb service


We recently received superb service from Showerpart when we had to order replacement shower door rollers. Well priced and free next day delivery was included with the order, which was indeed delivered next day. And unlike some other retailers, they supplied the correct part for our requirements. Highly recommend this business.

Five star plus service

Due to normal wear and tear the rollers on my curved screen failed. Ordered replacements after following their guidance and they are perfect. Great price and great service. Five stars is not enough praise. Thank you!
