I ordered a part but accidently ordered the wrong part. Instead of rushing the order out to me, I was contacted and advised of the correct part and the order was amended by them saving me the hassle.... もっず芋る

About Us

Indre the Founder started the business back in 2007, making it a Limited Company in 2011. Since then, she has built it up over the past years with sheer grit, hard work and determination. This has enabled her to employ a small friendly team to help deliver good products, expert advice and excellent customer service. Based in beautiful Cornwall, Shower Part has a purpose-built warehouse and office, a short distance from the beach, where we dispatch all our goods.

We deliver Worldwide and offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm on Mon to Fri. UK orders also benefit from FREE first-class delivery. If you happen to live local, you are also more than welcome to visit our warehouse. For peace of mind, we also offer a 30 day no quibble refund policy. Please see our website for further details.

Our website (www.showerpart.co.uk) is available to purchase goods 24/7 for your convenience. Our staff can help with any advice or issues you may have during the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We offer a free part matching service, with diagrams and guides to help you find the correct part, first time every time. Brilliant service

Brilliant service. I was looking for replacement rollers for a shower door where manufacturer no longer supplied replacements. Used their free matching part service and they quickly came up with just the right rollers. Will certainly use again if needed.

Wrong part sent

Ordered a part from them which didn't fit my shower, which I then sent back to them then I received an email stating that the part that was sent back wasn't the one they sent , I then sent a photo of my part on my shower and they stated we don't keep that part , so I ordered one from B&Q and guess who sent the part that they said they didn't stock , they don't even have a number to ring just say they are to busy

Sorry to read your review. I made contact with you because the roller that you returned to us is not one that we stock and never have. I wasn't sure whether you had purchased it from elsewhere and returned it to us by mistake. I sent you photos showing the part that you had ordered from us and the one that you had returned, and they are clearly two different rollers.
We received your part matching enquiry (with photos of your old roller) and advised you that we do not stock this exact roller. However, you then proceeded to purchase another of the R4 rollers from us (via B&Q) even after you had told us that this roller did not fit.
Unfortunately, we do not have a customer telephone line as we cannot part match or take orders over the phone, but we are always happy to help via email.
We hope that this helps to clarify the situation for you.

Parts arrived next day

Found the website easy to use and identify the parts I needed to replace the bottom rollers on shower door. The price was very good so I placed the order immediately and they arrived next day, brilliant service!!!!

I was in need of some parts I had previously bought from the company ten years ago and finding their address from that packaging I was pleased to able to place my
browse through the web site and places my order. The whole process was very easy and my order was received within three days. If you are needing shower parts give them the chance to respond.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Gave a refund for a part that was no fault of their own in receiving back from us due to Royal Mails incompetence. Top service & would use again. 👍👍
