⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience with the ad platform
I topped up my account to run a campaign, but the ads never got displayed. The platform asks you to load funds, but then disapproves the ads without a clear explanation and doesn’t refund the amount charged.
Even after several attempts to adjust the ads, nothing was approved or shown anywhere. It’s frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time and money.
I do not recommend it. The lack of transparency and poor support are very disappointing.

In case we identified you correctly (cause we have no details on TrustPilot regarding you) your case was already handled and replied to by our support team before this review was posted.
Based on that, it seems that you were confused about how different business profiles work when integrating with WordPress. In that scenario, if you have multiple profiles on the same email account, you will need to select the one you want the integration to happen on.

Apparently I have two accounts one which wasn't running ads. Shown.io was deducting funds from my card, even though I asked repeatedly to cancel. They assured me that they did when I checked today it said next payment due is April. Shown.io doesn't work it has to many bugs, unsure why customers are giving them 5 stars it bearly is a 1 star. Good luck cancelling your accounts. I am stopping my card today, just so they will stop taking my money, to pay for a website that has too many bugs and glitches. I'm happy to include receipts of our conversations.
As of the 28th April I have been hassled endlessly by Shown.io to remove my honest review, they even tried to say I was not real, which I sent all our correspondence to Trustpilot and hence my review will remain. You can't use bully tactics to remove my review. I have blocked them from my emails now. Please reconsider using someone else, if you don't want to be sent multiple emails. Not worth the hassle. Pay someone who is not an ai to run your ads. They give false hope and deducts money over and over again. They only stopped take my money because I cancelled it myself and because I wrote this review.

As mentioned in our chats, you have a phone app that sets up a reminder for when your subscription would normally expire. This app does not get updated automatically when a subscription is canceled, since it's not a proper app that actually syncs with other services.
This gave you the impression you would get charged, which we promptly explained would not be the case. This being said, we waited until your due date to prove this won't happen.
*You did mention in our chats that if you were not charged, you would remove the review. You did not get charged
To reiterate, the reminder you have is external to our app, and does not reflect our services, which we've proven to work, and for which no charge was made.
As in our chats, we've sent all the proof needed to show there won't be any more charges. The due date you mentioned was the 26th of April, which passed without any charges. We suggest leaving such a review to the app you used for a reminder, as that is what caused your frustration in this scenario.
As far as the emails go, most of them were automated emails by TrustPilot, which I explained in the beginning. When the review was left, we requested details from inside TrustPilot, which automatically sent you emails. Once you reached our via our chat, we started the conversation above. So there was no bullying or harrasment since 75% of the emails you received were from TrustPilot.
The reason you received emails from us regarding this review is that it does not reflect the reality of what happened at all. As mentioned above, an external, third-party app set up a false reminder for a subscription that was no longer active. There were never any payment attempts, just a phone reminder that caused confusion for you.
Feel free to reach out at support@shown.io should you ever wish to revert this decision and try our product again. A free month will be offered to give you more time to try our product.

Hemos invertido parte de nuestro presupuesto en Shown.io y no hemos obtenido ningún resultado real. Las conversiones que aparecen no son auténticas y, para colmo, no ofrecen soporte cuando surgen problemas. Una decepción total, no lo recomiendo.

We offer ad traffic directly from the ad platform you've selected with no changes to it. We offer a service that allows you to easily create an ad campaign with an AI assited tool but the outcome of the ad depends on your business/industry/website.
If there are issues with your Ad, please contact support for a solution. We could not find any accounts based on your details, so we need to confirm that our tool was actually used.
Best ad creation platform
Loving this product so far! I created Meta and Google ads in just a few minutes, and most were approved within the day.
I've been having a lot of success with them, so I'm super excited to scale my ad campaigns more. It's amazing that you can have unlimited ads inside the same campaigns!
