To look into your experience, please send us an email to support@shown.io and we can help you identify your correct Shown account and get to the bottom of this.
Based on the description you added in the phone number field, it sounds like you had an ad that ran for less than a day for a really low daily budget, which will explain the low outcome. Once we identify your account we will be able to further look into this.
Unexpected Fee Increases and Complicated Refund Policy
I had a concerning experience with this agency while using their services for my URL shortener. Despite my ads being normal and healthy, they unexpectedly increased the fees, which was quite alarming. Additionally, their policy requires that credit be used before any bonuses, making it challenging to receive a refund. I would advise caution when considering this service for your business needs.

1. Performance-Based Spending: You’ll be pleased to know that your funds are only used when your campaign is actively performing on Google Ads. If, for any reason, your campaign isn’t delivering results, you can easily request a refund of your credits—ensuring that no money is wasted. This applies only to a small fraction of users who opt to launch ads on our ad accounts for a fee.
2. Fee Structure: Our fee starts at 20%, but it may increase if we detect potential policy violations in the campaign. This may have been the case for your account. Typically, these situations are quickly resolved by reaching out to our support team, and we’re always here to help. We've had several businesses with URL shorteners lauching ads in recent time, and sadly none of them were legit products. In case your product is compliant with Google, please reach out at support@shown.io
3. Optional Fees: The fee is only applicable when users launch ads on two specific ad platforms using our ad accounts. In 90% of cases, there’s no fee, as the ads are run on your own ad account. If you'd like, our support team can assist in switching to your ad account to avoid this fee altogether.
4. Bonus Credits: Users launching ads on our ad accounts can reclaim bonus credits. These will always be spent after your regular credits are spent, to ensure they don't get mixed up. This also helps us refund your own credits more easily. However, since these credits are a gift, they cannot be refunded/withdrawn. Launching ads on your ad account gives access to your ad platform bonuses directly, which bypasses these credits and implications.
5. Challenging refunds: All credit refunds can be issued with just a click at any time. Issuing a refund is illustrated in our HelpCenter, but our team can also help with this. As far as subscriptions go, they can be canceled with one click. To refund a subscription, open an email request in the first 48 hours of business and you will always get the refund approved, with no issues. Since we are lenient with refunds, we only count business hours. This means that if you send an email on Friday, your refund will be issued as late as Tuesday no questions asked.
