Very responsive and easy to organise speedy collection. Many thanks

Brilliant customer Service, fast, secure service

Very good customer service, responsive and helpful. Good estimates on time for collection and the driver did all the work.

Friendly, professional service. helpful and informative staff, and reasonably priced. I would happily use them again for the destruction/recycling of sensitive documents.

Great service to use, simple to arrange and team very quick to arrange collection etc. Collection took place on day arranged.
Would recommend.

Easy ordering of a confidential wheelie bin. Delivered quickly. Nice clean bin. We managed to get all our confidential waste sorted quickly and requested an earlier collection which was no problem. The very professional collection team were polite & friendly. A certificate of destruction was issued the next day. A really great service.

Very good and efficient experience from start to finish. Responded to emails within a few minutes. Were able to pick up on a day that was convenient for me. Destruction certificate sent the next morning.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The process was simple, and the company met the planned timetable leaving me with a secure feeling.

Able to pick up last minute, very friendly service, invoice sent straight away and certificate followed swiftly after collection of the boxes.
Also very good price.

The procedure was very straightforward and explained well on the website and in the paperwork sent with the number of sacks specified. The Collection of the filled sacks was easily arranged and the Collecting Driver was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Bags delivered when stated and the pick up was right on time - appreciated as was on a tight scheduke so that really mattered

Prompt delivery of bags and good communication and picked up the bags within the time slot specified

A Simple and straight forward process, an email that was responded to within 30 minutes, followed by confirmation of when the collection would be made and collection made at the promised time.

This was the 2nd time I have used the shredding service and was very happy with the process. I was able to pick the collection day and all worked smoothly and received the destruction certificate the next day.

I recently used The Hill Company for their shredding services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Scheduling the service was easy; their customer service team was responsive and accommodating, helping me choose the right service package for my needs. On the day of the appointment, the shredding technician arrived promptly and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process.
The shredding itself was done quickly and securely, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in ensuring that all sensitive documents were properly destroyed. Additionally, I appreciated the company's commitment to sustainability, as they provided options for recycling the shredded material.
Overall, I highly recommend The Hill Company to anyone in need of shredding services. Their reliability, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them stand out in the industry. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
