I have had nothing but problems with Shriram Car Insurance, and I would strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The customer service is appalling, and the staff, especially the so-called "survivors," are some of the most unhelpful and rude people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Every step of the process has been riddled with issues—delayed responses, false promises, and zero accountability. When you try to raise concerns, it’s like talking to a wall. No one cares, and no one takes responsibility.

Don't waste your money or time. There are far better insurance companies out there that actually care about their customers and provide the service you deserve. Shriram is a complete disaster. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!

Fraudsters-Shriram group of companies, i took a 15 lakh loan for 60 months tenure during sep 2018. It was a business loan for development of primary school. Covid had causes huge losses, moratorium was not provided at that time when govt told to provide, they have used this moratorium period to increase the tenure from 60 months to 78 months and they had made the overdues and the total amount for 15 lakhs has come to 50 lakhs as of today. Arbitrators, courts and rbi are favouring Shriram group. So people be very careful with these fraudsters.

Took car insurance, seamless process

Reason for approaching for insurance claim my car has been damaged in a car and dog fight were the cat has entered then engine bay and has damaged the engine wiring as it was attacked by dogs to attract the cat further the dogs have bitten you front bumper right hand side and left hand side fender which is caused this damaged to further rectify the damage I have approached insurance team for claim and this is what response I get from the same.
I have been trying to get my insurance claim it’s been close to 1 week now I haven’t got any response from the sriram insurance team even now and then I have been following up with the executive and he is like will update you once I have update from the insurance team
If this is how you people will deal I don’t thing so anyone will opt for your insurance in future nor will recommend

It was my mistake to buy SHRIRAM policy and I am facing the consequences.

They are probably the lowest rated Insurance company in India. Based on my own experience I have filed a complaint against them on IRDAI and case is still open.

They misuse customer's trust by only dealing over phone and would reply in writing to you only after you complaint to IRDAI. .

One of the best insurance company. They settled my claim within 7 days and also paid the full amount of claim as well. I recommend Shriram As the best Insurance company for your vehicle.
