We have recently moved into our beautiful new home at Forest Edge Loggerheads.
Firstly, we would like to say a very big thankyou to the most professional, helpful, supportive and friendly Ruth Lloyd our Sales Executive. Ruth has been so helpful, always answered our queries and did so much work on our behalf by regularly chasing the estate agents and all others involved in the "chain" (she is an asset to the company).
Due to various negative factors related to the sale of our previous house, we had so many stressful, anxious times as to whether we would be able to move into our lovely new home at all.
Ruth and Shropshire homes were very understanding of our predicament, they made every effort to support us by making the eventual move as seamless and stress free as possible.
Liam our site manager and his team have ensured everything was all ready with the house, correcting some very minor niggles. Thanks also goes to Alistair who stood in for Liam whilst he was on holiday. As for the house itself, we feel the house has been built to a high standard, with attention being paid to fine detail.
We absolutely love our new home and would recommend anybody considering buying a new home to purchase from Shropshire Homes.

Buying a new build after 33 years in my current home could have been traumatic but Sarah at Foundry Point has supported me every step of the way. We've had tears & laughter as well as expert knowledge, helpful advice and a warm welcome every time I visit. I've also had a few site visits with Andy & Phil and feel I've been involved with every aspect of the build. Due to move in a few weeks time & can't wait to sit back and enjoy my new home.

We have just moved into our new home on Lawrence Park in Pontesbury. From the first viewing up to moving in, we have received excellent service from Caroline, always at the end of the phone to answer any queries we had. She has been so helpful right the way through, it definitely made the process of house buying less stressful for us both. We have also got to mention Darren the site manager, what a great guy, who goes over and above to make sure that everything is done to an excellent standard. He's always on hand to help, whatever we have asked of him.

We're in the process of buying at Foundry Point. Sarah in Sales has been brilliant - friendly, helpful and kind - not at all pushy. Nothing is too much trouble and she genuinely wants every customer to be happy. Andy and Phil are approachable and enthusiastic and take real pride in their work.

Myself and my partner have just completed on our first home with Shropshire Homes at the Foundry Point site, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Sarah was friendly and always on hand to answer any queries that we had. A massive thank you to Sarah, Andy and Phil - you were all great throughout the process!

Received fantastic service from Shropshire Homes. Maggie in the sales centre was so helpful, friendly and helped us on our journey purchasing plot 018 at Crudgington Fields. A big thank you to the construction team and trades for a lovely finished home and we
would from our own experience, highly recommend buying a Shropshire Home.

We are just in the process of buying our forever home from the team at Foundry Point in Whitchurch. We have received the best experience from Phil, Andy and Harry so thank you to these guys. They have all spend time explaining, taking the time to meet us and going over things we have been concerned about. Super service from Sarah in sales who is approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. Delighted I get to call her my daughter. Super proud of her doing this Job.

Currently going through a house purchase with Shropshire homes. We have just exchanged and everything is going really well. Sarah at Foundry point is really knowledgeable, nothing has been too much work for her. From the update phone calls / emails to picking our choices, she’s been extremely supportive all the way along. From reserving the plot to completion, Ruth has been incredible. She helped with choosing fixtures and fittings, and even chased our solicitors when we were struggling to receive answers. The property was built within the estimated time frame and the site manager was very thorough and reassuring throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shropshire Homes to anyone. Thank you for all your help!

From reserving the Plot to moving in to the new house, the Sales Team (Emma and Caroline) were extremely helpful during the whole process, especially when it came down to choosing the options and extras. We were also very impressed with Lawrence Park and the quality of the houses built. Darren, the Site Manager, ensured that our house was finished to the highest quality and was quick to address any issues raised. I would recommend Shropshire Homes to any potential buyer!

i've been in my new home for 3 months and i couldnt be happier … i love everything about my new home - i dont think ill ever want to move again! Fantastic customer service with very prompt follow up care (for only minor issues!!) even after the workmen were off site! caroline the sales lady was excellent from day one - incredibly efficient and made the whole process very easy for me!

We have just completed on a new home at Shropshire Homes Forest Edge development at Loggerheads. It has been such an easy process from start to finish- all the site staff have been excellent & so helpful when it came to making our choices for fittings in the new house & keeping us updated on progress. It was completed ahead of schedule with no hiccups at all. The house is finished to a good standard and options on kitchens, bathrooms etc. were excellent with a wide choice. Big thanks to Ruth, Liam & Roger who have all helped make our house purchase run very smoothly!

From first visit to post completion and move in Ruth, Liam and the team have been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble, they’ve been around to support with any questions and Ruth particularly has gone the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly.
We love our new home and are extremely pleased with all aspects of Shropshire Homes.
Smoothest house move ever!

We recently bought a Shropshire Homes “Ryton” home and we couldn’t be happier. Emma and Jean, the sales executives on our site, were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were honest and no pressure was applied at all at any stage. We had unusual circumstances given that we had relocated, and Jean found a way round all of our obstacles for which we will be forever grateful!

In terms of the quality of our home, we are fortunate that our site manager, Darren, is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, even small things that are extras, such as additional tiling, carpentry work etc. Darren’s attention to detail is brilliant and he treats our home as if he will be living here - that is to say, everything has to meet his high standards and be done correctly.

Having purchased a number of new build properties over a number of years, predominantly from National house builders, the sales journey and the quality of the property / development experienced with Shropshire Homes was exceptional in comparison to previous.
The sales journey was seamless from start to finish, predominantly managed by Emma Lewis, whilst Darren Evason the Site Manager, knowledgable, professional and his customer service attributes, second to none.
Based on our experience of Shropshire Homes, I would highly recommend the Developer to any potential purchasers, as the standard of our property is exceptional and the Shropshire Homes personnel, in all areas, a pleasure to interact with.
