Zeer tevreden

Personeel van Shurgard Amsterdam-West is zeer professioneel, klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. De faciliteiten zijn goed en opslagbox schoon en goed toegankelijk.

Wat een verschil in service en veiligheid!

Ik ben eerst bij een andere partij gaan kijken naar de opslag en diezelfde dag erna bij Shurgard. Wat een verschil! Een verschil is gevoel van veiligheid, zowel voor mezelf als voor m’n spullen. De beveiliging is top en het feit dat het binnen ook allemaal licht is opgezet vind ik heel fijn. Tevens een groot verschil in klantvriendelijkheid en service! Ik ben zowel aan de telefoon als op locatie uitermate prettig geholpen. Chantal heeft mij op locatie echt geweldig geholpen. Ze heeft alles laten zien, uitgelegd en gelijk ook alles voor me geregeld. En de dag erna krijg ik van Shurgard nog een belletje om te checken of alles gelukt was met het inruimen van m’n box, of ik nog verdere vragen had etc. Deze follow-up call waardeer ik enorm! Ik zeg “aanrader!”

De dame die ons heeft geholpen is super meedenkend en vriendelijk. Alle informatie heeft zij van te voren duidelijk en transparant gecommuniceerd. Echt een fijne service!
