We’ve had a really positive experience using this storage facility. The team is always super helpful, friendly, and quick to assist whenever we have questions or need support. The storage units are clean, secure, and easy to access, which makes the whole process stress-free. It’s clear they take good care of the place, and we feel confident storing our belongings here. Highly recommended!

Convenient, easy and safe access
I recently rented a storage at the location in Amsterdam. The access is easy, by car but also the metro station is just 4 minutes walking distance.

Legitimately never thought a storage company could impress me
Staff are very helpful, facilities are clean and well-run, mobile app works well, prices are good, Amsterdam West location is easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good customer experience. Even better if you are also looking for a storage unit but it's not a necessity.

Prima opslag!
Het was mijn eerste keer dat ik gebruik maakte van een opslagruimte, en de medewerkers hebben bij perfect geholpen en alles uitgelegd. De ruimte was ook schoon en makkelijk te bereiken.

vergane glorie op een top locatie
Pluspunten: Werknemers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de locatie is superhandig (naast de Gamma, dichtbij de stort en de snelweg, en ook goed bereikbaar met de fiets). Ook hebben ze vaak heel goede aanbiedingen met een eerste maand voor een euro - er komen altijd andere opstartkosten bij maar toch is er een flink verschil met de reguliere prijs.
Minpunten: het gebouw zelf is oud en een beetje 'creepy'; er is maar een soort karretje terwijl een variatie zou handig zijn voor verschillende soorten spullen; er is een krappe bocht met helling om erin te komen en als klap op de vuurpijl: als je de kleine lettertjes niet leest en niet weet dat de poort dichtgaat om 21:00 uur dan kom je er alleen uit door te bellen en moet iemand komen om die open te krijgen. Daar hangt natuurlijk ook een prijskaartje aan. De wc wordt ook niet vaak schoongemaakt.
