great help making my storage easy and manageable

Had a few question regarding our unit. Nikki was super helpful and lovely. Couldn’t reccomend enough

Paige and Nicky have been amazing and have helped us massively - we have not even considered moving due to the support they provide us with. We cannot recommend enough!

Been abroad for 2 years and Nikki still remembers me today. She sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently and explained the usage of the app clearly and precisely.

Walked in to have a look. Nikki was incredible and took me on a tour of the site, detailing all of my options and providing advice. She was upfront about costs and helped me get the best unit for my situation. Really flexible plans that can be adjusted for you.

Nikki was a great help. She gave me a tour of the different size containers and was very up front with prices. I was very impressed with the quality of the site and the costs.

I rented a unit in Bristol, went through a ID verification process online and then also paid and received an email with confirmation of rental. Soon after I was bombarded with phonecalls and emails from the Bristol office asking for scans of ID documents and household bills etc. even though I had verified ID and address online. The office employee then terminated my contract unilaterally because I questioned their policy. Shurgard shows a very Inconsitent and unsecure handling of data.

Nikki was very welcoming and explained everything to myself and my son very thoroughly. Great service

Shurgaurd Bristol has been amazing in making my experience as smooth as possible.
It’s been a stressful time over the past year and Shurguard has just made my life a lot less stressful by being so helpful and accommodating.
A big shout out to the Bristol team especially Paige she has been the best and a very big Thankyou to her and the rest of the team.
I will definitely recommend Shurgaurd to others and if in the future I need storage again I will definitely go back🙃

We had a storage unit in longwellgreen for a long time and nothing was to much trouble when we wanted to downsize over the peroid

Had some queries with an existing contract at a different site. A rude and agressive contact centre sales rep had contacted me after enquiring about an additional unit and was not very helpful! I called the helpline and spoke to Nikki (@Bristol) who confirmed what i hoped i would be able to do! Excellent job, gave me the piece of mind i needed to continue with what i need to do. Thanx
