Chris at the Ewell Office is truly amazing. I chose Shurgard storage purely because of him. He’s so helpful, kind, friendly, infinitely patient and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I was shocked to find out that my assumption that he was the Manager was incorrect. He should be!! Enough said. Thanks Chris you’re awesome.

Chris was superb throughout. When I realised I had booked too small a unit he didn't hesitate in helping me out immediately without any hassle. He was courteous, professional and clear in his instructions. The units themselves are great and easily accessible. Would use again.

I cannot praise Chris at Ewell Shurguard enough! I had to take out 3 storage units during my recent move. He was so helpful and went over and above to assist me, always with a cheerful smile. I was looking for somewhere to store some property during a house move and Shurgard Epsom worked out great - there are lots of security features (cameras, doors controlled via an app, the lift only goes to the floor of your unit) and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall I feel really confident my property will be safe throughput.

Chris was a big help! Couldn't have done anything better. I was really worried about having to more all of my belongings into a self storage unit however, Chris made the experience enjoyable and carefully broke everything down for us as well as showed us everything we needed to know and do!
