Contract ended early and no refund
Haven’t had any issues with the unit itself. Large price hike which seemed out of proportion with inflation but I think once you’re in, to find a competitor and cost of moving, most people don’t have a choice. Thankfully I was about to complete on my house purchase so an end was in sight.
However, I paid to extend my unit by a week for moving date. When the removal team collected my belongings, they were told to empty the unit that day, although I had paid for an additional 4 days.
I requested a refund to be told no, not possible. How can a contract be ended without discussion and not compensate the customer?
That is wholly inappropriate.

Great customer experience - helpful and clear at the enquiry and booking stage. Courteous on-site staff.
Easy access to facilities. Reasonably priced - cheaper than a comparable competitor which shall remain nameless!
