Adam very helpful quick and efficient as a new customer

Adam, very nice snd Always professional.

First time using self storage, Adam made process super easy and was helpful with sorting all the paperwork/explaining how things worked and answering my questions!

Adam was extremely helpful in quickly arranging the storage unit and even helping us carry one particularly heavy and large piece. Would highly recommend.

Extremely rude reception member, and wouldn’t own up to his mistake which cost me money. Will never use again once my month is over. And I just noticed they sent me a bill of over £100 before my month has even finished.

It has been very helpful to find a storage very close to the place where i used to live which allowed me actually to move all my stuff in a very short lenght of time, and at an accessible cost. The guys has been helpful in all the things related to the storage as it was my first time renting a space in a storage. I thanks the guys for the help received.

Excelent storage 100% recommended, easy access, clean, safe and cheap

The whole experience was hassle free.
I have started checking their website but decided to pay them visit before signing.
I went to their branch at Ossory Road, and the gentleman there was kind enough to show me the unit I was interested in.
So, overall the experience has been good.

Shurgard seemed to be a great service and it would be, but don't be fooled, they will revise the payment terms midway through your contract, which they did with me by £30 per month extra. To add the cherry on the top, they enforced a hidden clause in the contract to notify them within 15 days of cancelling the contract otherwise they'll take EVEN MORE MONEY FROM YOU - in this case £70.

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL BLEED YOU DRY!

Was a bit of a disaster. Booked the unit and received a confirmation and invoice. When I arrived I was asked for a code to use to enter the units that should have been sent by email, but hadn't received it. I then got trapped in the building for 45 mins as the code system shut down as I was trying to leave.

Do not use Shurgard. Terrible service. I haven’t been able to access my unit at their Southwark site for two weeks now. Keep being told it’s a technical issue and will be fixed. I’ve had to rent another unit at Big Yellow Storage but can’t access my Shurgard unit to get my belongings. Shurgard is a terrible company with absolutely no customer service.
