Yes, the site is definitely scam. I have been waiting for the order for over a month now and as the other reviews already report, there are no answers to contact form, chatbot or email. There is nothing else I could say that is not here, except the tip: Always check reviews before orders like here. Unfortunately, I didn't do it and only now I read all this...

They offered a Bayern Munich 2021-2022 away jersey on their website. This jersey is not available new anywhere especially not with customized name/number option and in any size chosen which should have been a “red flag”.

I ordered and paid GBP 85 to them beginning of April and on their website they mention it will be processed within 1-3 days.
I reached out to them a few times requesting updates on the order as after 4 weeks still nothing (status on the order “processing”.

Given the negative feedback on this website and common issues that either “nothing was ever received” or “poor quality of products” I requested them after 2 weeks to “cancel my order”, but with no reply at all after one month of waiting I involved my credit card company to initiate a “chargeback”.

Very negative experience, can only recommend to stay away from them!

Received the wrong item with very poor quality. The jersey ordered doesn’t even seem to exist either. No return label provided, and customer service is unreachable—no response to emails or chat. Not recommended.

This is a scam site. Stay away. I received the wrong jersey and have tried countless times to get in touch with someone — via email, chat, Facebook, and Instagram — but it’s impossible to reach anyone. I can't find any information about the owners in any registry. It’s a dropshipping site that will most likely be shut down once they've made enough money.

This is my third time buying from this shop and I’m just as happy as the first time. The jerseys are always great quality and exactly as described. Shipping took about 3 weeks, which is expected and worth the wait. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for reliable jerseys

Ordered Spurs Jersey size 4xl got a med to large as well as item not as pictured with lettering and is bootleg sewing with fake NBA logos sewn on. Inside the Jersey you can see each letter Patch sewn. Wasted my money.

I placed an order that according to their website would arrive after three days. They never sent a confirmation email but charged me immediately. I wanted to contact them but nobody is answering the chat and no one responds my emails or messages. No telefon number to call. I can't get information about the order, when they will send it or solve problems/ questions. It looks like they only have a website but there are no employees or products at all. I'm going to contact the authorities.

Recently buy a tshirt and let me tell you it was worth it.

I would strongly recommend not using this company. No communication, delivery on average 6 weeks and not fast delivery as advertised.

Wrong item sent, item returned and been awaiting refund for 3 months.

No one responds to emails or the chat box on the website.

I ordered a shirt for my daughter in October with the promise of fast delivery. I chased the order with no reply (no one replies to the online chat on their website).

The order eventually arrived 6 weeks later and was not what I ordered.

I have returned the item and 6 weeks has passed with no return of funds or reply. I am currently going through Trading Standards.

I ordered a jersey from sidejersey.com on December 3rd. All was well, paid and had the order confirmed. Then an email with a tracking number. Tracking number returns nothing then found out you have to use another tracking site. I emailed them some 6 times over the course of December with no reply to date (December 20th). I've even gone via their web site/contact form and chat - no reply. Item finally arrived after Christmas some 3 weeks plus later in new condition (5 stars for condition, 2 stars for the overall experience) . I wouldn’t buy from these again due to poor customer service and that they appear to be in China with very slow delivery times in my case.

I placed an order on 10th of November, and I didn't get it. I tried to contact them on their chat box on the website, and by email, as well. never heard back from them. I will report them as a fraud at as many dealing with fraud institution as I can.

Received an email to say it had been dispatched.
Royal Mail still haven't received the package and Side Jersey don't answer emails.
Seems like a scam to me...

The company promises fast shipping. But this is not the case. I have ordered my shirt more than a week ago, and so far no confirmation about shipping yet. Also customer support does not reply on messages.

Now I don’t know if I was scammed or the order will arrive very late. I don’t recommend this shop at all!

Edit: today I finally received my jersey (3.5 weeks after my order was placed). I received the right shirt and right size. So I am happy with the product. The company should manage their customer expectations better and be more honest on their website.

Ordered a Shirt there the 13th, still no send confirmation. Sent 2 emails, no response. Used the live chat function multiple times (different days), no one responds. I'm affraid I was scammed..

Edit: After about 26 days, I received a package, however it contains the wrong product. Current season in stead of previous season shirt. Still have no answer on my emails.

Scammers. Will have “fast shipping”. Could take up to 24 days. No response, unfriendly “customer service”. Don’t order here!!!
