Good friendly service, and a quick turnaround from ordering my SL6 bent mech hanger with the click and collect option so I could double check it was the right one in the shop before buying,

From the moment I ordered the bike and put a deposit down to the correspondence by email and phone was top notch and purchase day was made easy and calm by Leon and gave great advice and no rocket science just courteous sound solid advice ! Quite simply the best bike shop I’ve ever used! They always respond to queries promptly, goods are delivered on time and the staff are consummate professionals with good product knowledge.

I did my first in store purchase today (and can say I will definitely shop there again.
Went in for a new pair of bibs and Jeff was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size and he even asked a colleague for a 2nd opinion.
I was very happy with my shopping experience and would definitely go there again.

The very polite, cheerful and helpful fellow who served me, quickly understood my needs and directed me to the bib shorts that I then purchased. It was very useful to be able to try the shorts on.

Slight delay in getting bike built and ready to collect. However the service when i got to the store in Wilmslow wax very good
I havent been out on the bike yet,(Specialized Tarmac SL 7 Sport 2025) as ive been on hols, but im looking forward to getting out. Managed to get £800 off retail price as well.

Wilmslow store reached out directly when order was ready for collection. In-house mechanic also fitted new part to bike while collecting order in store.

I used Sigma Wilmslow’s excellent bike repair service after realising my DIY skills were never gonna fix my bottom bracket! From initial enquiry through to drop off, comms during the repair and pick up, the whole experience was excellent. During the repair Sigma identified a few other issues and outlined some essential and optional repairs, their costs (v reasonable) and added these. I didn’t feel pressured by pushy sales people or patronising / intimidating mechanics (as I have done before in other bike shops). Throughout they were friendly, professional and did an excellent job, at a very fair price. Thank you.

Ordered a pair of shoes online to collect in store, received email confirmation they were ready.
Arrived at the Wilmslow store, to be greeted by a young guy who was pleasant and extremely helpful, fitted new cleats to the shoes without being asked, and was happy to chat about cycling whilst I was trying them on .

Really friendly and helpful from Bobby and everyone in store. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough
