Signature Cashmere is a family-run business owned and managed by Robert and Katy Appleford. Located in Kent, England, we have been selling high quality pashmina and cashmere clothing since 2003, when we first launched Passionate About Pashmina. We have a long-lasting relationship with a reliable and trusted supplier in Nepal. Our supplier, Jitendra, has a small factory employing 25 local men and women in Kathmandu. Jitendra started his business in 1998 and has always produced the highest-quality pashminas and cashmere clothing for us. Our garments are expertly hand made by skilled craftsmen and women from the local community near Kathmandu. Our supplier also contributes to the local community by sponsoring two places at a local orphanage, which supports children with HIV. In 2022, we rebranded our business to become Signature Cashmere. We continue to provide the same high-quality pashmina and cashmere clothing and we are still Passionate about Pashmina! Over 20 years we have established a loyal customer base and we are proud to have served thousands of satisfied customers, a large number of whom come back to us again and again. We aim to provide unparalleled personal service to our loyal customers, with satisfaction guaranteed, and we are always happy to help our customers choose the right items. Our aim is to be both friendly and professional, and we hope that our customers continue to be delighted with our pashmina and cashmere products.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a wrap which subsequently was out of stock so was offered the stole in the same colour at no extra cost. Having used the Colour Guide the colour was the perfect match for my dress shoes and bag. Very efficient delivery.

Exceptional customer service 


The customer service was so personal from Robert it was so refreshing from a company. Thank you for that . The item I purchased was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately too fragile for my requirements but I very much appreciate Robert trying to help me to find something more suitable . Would absolutely recommend this company . Delivery and returns are flawless and quick and customer service is exceptional.

Robert went above and beyond over the


Robert went above and beyond over the May bank holiday weekend to ensure that the pashmina stole I ordered arrived in time for my son’s wedding the following weekend! He also assisted me in my choice of colour using the AI process to guarantee the best colour match possible. I would without a doubt recommend this business and their products . Jeanette x

The website was easy to use. I checked out the reviews before purchasing which gave me confidence that possible issues would be rectified. My beautiful pale pink pashmina arrived promptly & very well packaged. It is soft and warm and all ready to be taken on holiday next week.

We are sorry that the colour was not the same as the colour on your computer screen. We try our best to ensure that the photos are as close as possible to the actual colour. The spring green pashmina that you ordered is actually a very good representation when we look at the photos on our computer screen. However, this may differ on other screens.

We are always happy to exchange or refund any orders if the colour is not quite right. We hope you like the quality.
