Absolutely love our faucet from Signature Faucets ! The finish is stunning and it is definitely the showpiece to our kitchen. We have received so many compliments on it and look forward to continue purchasing all of our faucets from this wonderful company.

Good product. No issues with the faucet. The support could be better. The support was not helpful with finding the status and whereabouts of my package.

Update: the support requested I submit a review here to get $30 gift card. When I submitted their form to complete it, they said they do not know how to assist me.

Horrible company.

Yes the Imperium is my dream faucet and I am delighted 100% and yes I wrote a knee jerk review to Signature saying it didn't work after several hours grunting under the sink. It didn't. I was disgusted. I detached and reattached the wire connectors and that was it, it magically worked. Then the hose was popping off under the sink spraying everywhere because I put the gravity ball in the wrong spot. Hey I'm just a first timer and the instruction sheet wasn't great. The faucet is fabulous and luxurious and worth my learning curve in the end.

We just received the Discreeto kitchen faucet in gun black. It looks to be of excellent quality and will be a perfect match to our Blanco granite sink, cinder colour. Looking forward to everything being installed. I can't say enough about the outstanding service extended by Signature. Our shipment was held up at customs and they alerted me, assisted with the payment process and refunded me for all extra charges. I would definitely recommend this company for their quality innovative products, great pricing and their excellent customer service.

A very well made faucet. Elegant design. Unique.

Faucet works good. Looks very nice. It replaced a Danze standard faucet. It came with a gasket that did not belong to the faucet. We discovered this after trying (unsuccessfully) to install the gasket. This gasket appeared to be located between the faucet and the countertop. But the faucet has it's own built in gasket. So, we discarded the extra gasket.

We bought the Backer deck mounted single hole faucet to use in our half bath and it’s beautiful! Such a statement piece. Well worth the money.
We also bought the imperium touch control dual function kitchen faucet. It goes so well our farmhouse sink. I had been eyeing these faucets for some time and decided to pull the trigger. So happy I did!

This faucet was perfect for my powder room. It looks elegant and a definite conversation piece. Delivery was easy breezy.

I purchased a kitchen faucet and the soap dispenser.. neither worked! They DONT stand behind the product. There are no people to talk to when things go wrong, just some crazy email named Mary.. DONT do it, I lost $350 plus the cost of installation.
THIS WAS A $700 MISTAKE! Save yourself the problem and go to Home Depot

I order a signature faucet online and the experience could not have been better, I was kept up to date on every step of the shipping process all the way to delivery, After that it only got better as the faucet is beautiful and works like a dream add easy install and it’s a winner.

So far so good. The faucet is beautiful and feels well made. We have not installed yet, but plan on ordering a couple more faucets since they look so nice. Fast shipping and good price.

Faucet is beautiful and functional. Such an easy upgrade to my kitchen! I love the modern design & Touch Control!

Product is terrible. Touch function doesn’t work. Faucet doesn’t even turn on and I had a plumber install it. Cheaply made. Faucet head is extremely loose and nothing you can do to tighten it. Overall cheap product, Save your money

Absolutely love my new faucet! I got the imperial touch activated brushed gold faucet and it look so beautiful in our kitchen and is super functional! Highly recommend!!

We had a kitchen faucet installed professionally. The plumber said he has seen terrible craftsman ship and warned us against installing this faucet. However we took a chance and installed it anyway. 2nd day we noticed a leak on the counter by the on off switch. Then the 3 rd day our hardwood flooring had come up under the sink from a leak below! 4th day more water has leaked to the basement!!!
What a nightmare!!!! Thousands in damage!
Then we tried to reach out for a return or refund and no reply!!
Please don’t purchase from this company.
