Very happy with every part of my consultation and treatment. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. Courtney, who did my treatments made me feel very comfortable and gave me lots of information about the best products and ongoing treatments for me skin, which I really appreciated.

All the ladies were very friendly upon arriving. Melinda was also very lovely and did everything she could to make the experience comfortable. Melinda was good with explaining everything and making sure I understood. Melinda also explained other alternatives and was happy to provide advice and feedback across other cosmetic procedures.

This was the first time I have ever received any type of cosmetic injection and Tracey made the process so easy!! I was so nervous but Tracey was so calm and gentle that I would definitely recommend SILK laser clinic to anyone! Thank you so much girls!!

I go to Silk Rockingham often for my laser and filler treatments.
The whole team are absolutely amazing, so kind and welcoming.
Nurse Debbie in particular is incredible! She takes the extra time to make sure I get the most out of the product or packages purchases and explains to me how my treatments will look once settled.
Her work is amazing, she’s so gentle and efficient and brings flawless results every time. Cannot recommend more.

This was a second time treatment with Nurse Lisa. She is friendly, chatty, helpful and highly professional. Lisa made me feel welcome, comfortable, and she introduced me to Deb who will also be doing some future treatments. Deb seemed equally engaging. There was a nice atmosphere in the clinic, I found it to be clean and my appointment was on time. Very satisfied.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian lol. So I was a tad nervous doing the obvious. The beautician I had ( sorry didn’t recall name. That’s my bad) she made everything with fears and anxiety melt away. So happy I went to prospect silk laser and I will be returning for my follow ups. Who would have thought felt like a spa treatment lol
