Due to some health reasons I could no longer get treatment. I asked for a refund and they gave me the biggest run around. They wouldn't accept the Dr's note I gave them and then kept asking me to go to another Dr. I don't appreciate the response I got in half of the emails and they way and tone I was spoken to on the phone was disgusting

I have had 2 session of laser by Silk Laser and have notice a massive difference. The staff are always so helpful and lovely. Would highly recommend!!

I used to do laser for many years, and I've been treated in several clinics, but the experience that I've had in the burnside silk laser clinic was so bad! They just want to sell their products. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff!

Just had a skin treatment done at Rockingham and I’m so disappointed. I booked my appointment a day before online and it was $69 as they were having a special, today I get it’s $99 because the special was over, I find this frustrating as I booked it the day before, this is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience at Rockingham. The skin lady was lovely and said she was going to talk to her manager regarding the price she came back and said sorry her manager said no it’s $99 but I could talk to her manager, when I went to pay the manager was like $99!!! This is absolutely no right. The manager has zero customer skills and always get the feeling that she looks down on customers and has a very sarcastic way about her!!! I am going to put this on Facebook and make people aware

My visit yesterday to get lip fillers done by Georgie in Toowoomba was amazing. The experience was the less stress one I’ve ever been too… she took time to see where exactly the filler needed to be and shaped them amazing!!! I love them n this place!!

Having bought a couple of different laser packages for my 15 yr old daughter I can only say how utterly disappointed I have been of the overall service of Silk Hyde Park. While there were initially a couple of lovely technicians that were very kind and made my daughter feel comfortable, they have been few and far between. I have read the other reviews and think maybe I should have said something sooner to find a regular reliable technician.Multiple cancellations of staff meant that our well in advance booked appointments didn’t occur, and re booking was impossible. I was told that Tea Tree Plaza could fit us in ( at least a 30/40 min journey each way) but not Hyde park for the foreseeable future. When I asked if we could split the packages to try and fit her in I was told no, they wouldn’t consider that. On one occasion I picked my daughter up early from school to get to the only available appointment, only to be told that she missed a little spot shaving and it was now against policy for them to assist and so the whole appointment was cancelled because they wouldn’t split packages. On another occasion she was declined because the technician asked if she had used fake tan recently, she responded yes, three weeks previously and there was none left on her skin. She was refused the session and re booked for 11.30 on the following Tuesday- she goes to school! Ultimately it became apparent that this salon does not have the capacity to service the packages that we bought in advance and sadly my daughter is so anxiety ridden at the thought of a session at this salon that it’s just not worth it, even though we have barely completed half of the purchased sessions. I am not sure if all the Silk salons operate the same as this one, but please beware.

The lovely ladies really looked after me... the customer service is second to none... the girls really make sure you understand all procedures...

Fantastic friendly staff and prompt service. Very clean and quiet environment. Would highly recommend 👍

Silk laser

I phoned the week before-hand to talk about my previous experience of the machine being dialled right back and being taken from one room to another for a lesser treatment . Than the one months before. (I was happy with)
And I did not return in the year following, being disappointed about the service for laser hair removal. (Whitfords - Silk) At the end of the conversation she reassured me the technician would listen to my concerns and I could be reassessed. Because she didn’t understand what I was saying.
I proceed to order another visit. On arrival I’m starred down when I ask if any information from my call is noted on my concerns. She says she will leave me to undress and that I’m in this room due to my skin type. I ask about the settings and I get the same response . It’s your skin type. She says.
(I am a white Australian who tans easily. With Green eyes)
There was no personal care about my concerns or me. I feel this is a money grabbing business that’s not interested at all in the permanent hair removal of the client. I was another number in their day. More money in the till keeping them busy.
I will be using the opposition for my laser treatments in future.

Had a wonderful experience at Whitford Silk with Rissa. She was super efficient, informative and personable. Excited to be on my hair removal journey with her!

Absolutely loved the service! Friendly staff and a genuine knowledge about the products and services they provide. Also very helpful if you’re a little unsure on what you want! Overall great experience.

The ladies at SILK laser clinics were lovely and very knowledgeable. I look forward to my future appointments with Eileen and Chloe.

Zoya is a magician, she knows how to make you look great again! With subtle touch ups that appear completely natural. Looks like I had the first good night sleep in years ;)

My laser technician, Maddy, made me feel extremely conformable in a situation that is normally uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Maddy because of her friendly, professional attitude, she is highly skilled and hard working. My experience exceeded my already high expectations, she went above and beyond.

They honestly have the most amazing team. Everyone is incredibly lovely, experienced and great at their job.

I had to change my appointment last minute and they manage to accommodate it. Kayla was awesome doing my laser treatment.

The clinic was super clean and inviting. The staff were welcoming and friendly at front of house. My therapist, Venus, explained everything before we started. She explained the technology, expectations, possible side effects and aftercare. She is knowledgeable and reassuring. She carried out the treatments thoroughly and professionally. She chatted we me easily and was just so accommodating. I have recommended Venus and this clinic to all my friends already.

Lucy delivered my service and she was amazing! Super informative & friendly. I’ve had laser elsewhere and the service has not been as good. Very happy & would recommend to anyone!
