Great place to come for laser hair removal. I like that once I had my consultation, I didn't get bothered with the upsell each and every visit. It pays to buy in bulk when the specials are on (if you can). Staff are always efficient, friendly and the space is clean and hygienic. I would certainly recommend.

The person who did my Lazer, didn’t tell her name clearly, at Norwood wasn’t very friendly. It seemed she just wanted to get away with the lazer she did for me for my upper lip and chin. No conversation . Didn’t discuss anything, the way the one at Rundle Mall did. I felt as if I had come to an extremely non caring centre who don’t bother to tell or discuss anything with their client. If I ever have to go back to Silk, which will only be in extreme circumstances, it will only be at Rundle Mall. My discussion that it was my last sitting of the package I had taken, may have lead to such an experience.

My therapist was so lovely and not pushy at all! She even let me add on an extra LED treatment I hadn’t booked in for and made the time for me! She was wonderful

I have been seeing Cher at Prospect for @ 5years, i totally trust her. I hace made appointments ans not showed up & cancelled at short notice but she understands why. Yesterday i had the most trearment i ever had, and totally have faith in Cher she wont me look unnatural & works within my budget.

The ladies at Silk Warners Bay are always so lovely. They make you feel comfortable and you always leave feeling like a million dollars. Would recommend everyone pay a visit, the beautiful staff are always happy to help you

Debbie Re-did a botch lip job for me, first dissolved and then refilled and the difference is amazing! Very friendly, lovely lady that takes her time to get the best results. Will not go anywhere else ever again for anything. Thankyou so much for being wonderful! Highly Recommend!

Nurse Ali was absolutely amazing.
As a first time patient for injectables, she was full of reassurance, listened to my concerns & thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect prior, during and after for recovery.
She was also very quick to respond to my queries via message during my recovery period.
I will definitely be going to her and SILK for all future procedures.
