The presentation was beautiful but other than that no flavor, weird texture, and not worth the price at all. I was excited to gift some to my friends but was really disappointed as we all agreed it was disgusting. Won’t be buying again.

I got the lunar bars. I think it was called it's just a jar with a bunch of the sticks of them. I don't get why there was so many good reviews on these. They were absolutely repulsive. Almost like they were made of half wax. The flavor was not good. The texture was so much worse. I would give it a negative 5 out of 10 if I could absolutely gross. Wish I didn't waste my money on it.

I placed an order for Crystal Pops along with Morgan’s Spheres, which I always order together so I can mix them. When the Crystal Pops arrived, they were dry and stale. I contacted customer service, and they agreed to resend them.

Since they were already sending replacement Crystal Pops, I asked if they would add two jars of Morgan’s Spheres to that shipment, and I stated that I would pay for the Morgan’s Spheres out of my own pocket. They agreed to do this and still charged me shipping.

When the replacement order arrived, I was sent Sizzle Pops instead of Crystal Pops—again. I reached out once more, and they acknowledged that they had sent the wrong item and agreed to replace the Crystal Pops. I then asked if they would include Morgan’s Spheres for the inconvenience, since this was now the second error and I had been waiting over a month to receive what I originally ordered.

I was told no. I find this unacceptable. I am a repeat customer, and the company made multiple mistakes on the same order. At the very least, I believe they should have covered the Morgan’s Spheres once due to their errors. Because of this experience, I am leaving a one-star review.

Silky Gems are absolutely delicious! Every bite is smooth, flavorful, and irresistibly addictive — it’s hard not to eat them all before gifting them! The customer service is beyond excellent, too; they truly care about their customers and make the experience extra special. Perfect for gifts… if you can manage not to keep them for yourself! Highly recommend!

We were really excited about the Silky Gem videos—my kids and I were obsessed! Living in the Netherlands, we couldn’t find them anywhere locally, so when we finally got our hands on some, we were thrilled.
Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the hype. All those videos made them look so crunchy and delicious, but the amount of sugar was overwhelming. It gave us all a brain freeze, and my kids didn’t enjoy them at all. Now we’re left with a bunch of Silky Gems sitting on the counter.
I’m not upset with anyone—it’s my fault for falling into this internet trend. I told my kids to take this as a lesson: not everything online is as good as it seems. At least we learned something from the experience.

I saw these years ago on TikTok and never bought them but I like to buy fancy candy when I’m upset and my cat ran away so I treated myself.

I bought the seasonal sour set of 6 and these are everything I hoped they would be! The crunch is so good, the flavors are delicious and taste like real food instead of fake flavors. (I know they’re still full of sugar)

I will be buying more! I really don’t understand why they have such a low rating here.

I ordered 2 items because I loved the videos showing the crunch. After reading reviews I was expecting them to taste horrible. Like wax candies. I think they are exactly what I was hoping for. Really tasty and crunch amazing! Really surprised. Very expensive but would buy again and try different collection.

These are so gross anyone saying they are good is being paid to say so. They are also so expensive for what they are. Just make them at home and they won't taste like soap or worse. Also they made my stomach hurt but honestly the taste is worse

I was convinced by all these damn influencers that these would be super tasty and they were GOD AWFUL. I spent $80 on what I had hoped was going to be a special treat for myself. The outside was bearable. But the inside is so bad. I'm a candy lover. But this?! No way. What a scam! Do not waste your money!!!!!!

I have been watching stuff about silky gem for about 2 years. I never got any because of how expensive they are, but always wanted to try them. I finally did and it is not worth the hype at all. Between the inside texture and taste, the thought makes me gag. I expected the outside to be more crunchy, the inside to be a softer jelly texture-kind of like the fruit slices candy, and flavor explosion. Instead it wasn't very crunchy at all, the texture is a weird gelatin and is clumpy when you bite it, and there is no flavor. It tastes like soap. It is way too expensive for what it is. Really disappointed.

If there was a way to give zero Stars, that would be what I would give, but alas, this is the lowest I can go and give on this website.
The external texture is okay, it's the combination of the crunchy outer texture and then the inner texture which is very reminiscent of something between grass jelly and orbeez that throws me off. Not to mention that the flavors are so bland that they're almost soap-like.
Also, looking further into what the ingredients are, and finding out that agar agar happens to be a laxative? Why don't they put this information on their website? Actually why don't they put this on the box themselves? Like most food packaging does, with a nutritional label, and an ingredients list?
Overall, very poor experience. 0/10. Will not ever purchase again. Incredibly disgusting. Don't waste your money on this stuff. Seriously.

I bought these after caving in to all the instagram reels I was seeing of others raving about their silky gems. Oh my was it disgusting. It tastes like bland soap and the texture of orbees. It was not edible whatsoever, like eating a bar of soap - would not recommend.

I bought these because the highly targeted marketing ads finally wore me down with all the reviews how of heavenly they were going to be…… so wrong!!!! They are awful! Did I get a bad batch? Some had no flavor, like the last like bit of a slushy after all the ice has melted…… the rest were bland and flavorless….. all in all…. Complete let down and nothing like what is advertised. Will never do this again.

Spit it out immediately! The lack of flavor and the texture was so off putting. Made me gag. Very disappointed these could have been a great idea.

The store does not exist this place is a total scam.
