My first order got lost by the shipping company and Silverant send me a replacement with no extra costs.

Also the product feels premium and works great!

Very easy to deal with. There were actually real people involved. Quick and no hassles. Love my little tea pot. Can already anticipate lots of use. Maybe different packaging could be used. Not sure if this stuff is biodegradable, however do understand you have to pack it securely. Thanks, Nita August 2026.

Absolutely insane gear, rock solid titanium made clearly with usability in mind and not cheap materials and profit squeezing. And also a great company, super responsive online and always happy to assist. Will deffo be back for more gear in the future.

Been using the 3 in 1 Cook set, and to have a pan that weighs less than the burger I’m cooking is incredible. All comes contained in a net bag that fits my gas bottle and stove in also, so perfect for any wild campers thinking of picking these up.

The military mess kit is also an essential in my camp bag now, 1L of water and a huge mug that I use for a bowl aswell shaped around the bottom so it takes up no extra space at all

And finally the knife, fork and spoon that weighs less than the fork alone I was taking camping before.

10/10 all round, great company great people and great products see you guys again soon!

The customer service is absolutely fantastic. This the best experience I have had with any camping/outdoor adventure company and probably in general too. Steve was responsive, understood my issues and resolved it and gave helpful suggestions even before I asked for it. That removed a lot of back and forth and made me confident on ordering from SilverAnt in the future.

I have used SilverAnt products for a while (e.g. 800ml bottle) and recently ordered some other items. Two Ti mugs, two different size water bottles. The products are all high quality with good workmanship, were well packaged and shipped more quickly than I thought they would (great tracking service from their distribution centre through to Royal Mail in the UK). I have decades of experience in the outdoors, including professionally (e.g.guiding and instruction). SilverAnt products are as good or better than any others I have used.

Unfortunately, when my package arrived one of the water bottles was missing from the order. I sent an email and got a response within 12hrs from a real person. They put the issue right with zero fuss and were very apologetic. After me confirming my details I got a notification and tracking link for the missing item within 15 mins.

Things go wrong and mistakes are made, but the way this company dealt with the issue (and the quality of their products) gives me every confidence to use them again and recommend them to others. 10/10 for quality and customer service.

I got the 600ml bottle. This product is amazing. Very lightweight, top quality. And the service was impeccable.

Excellent product, in use for 2 years. It developed a slight problem - the lid wouldn't screw onto the water bottle properly due to wear. One email (well, two, since they needed my address) and the lid was replaced exactly as they forecast.

A+ interaction; will definitely be ordering more when the need - or whim - arises.

A brand really dedicated to the quality of its products. A wide variety of very light accessories that make your outdoor adventures an experience. Totally recommended.

So please with my water bottle, canteen and flask. Really light and durable. I’m so pleased to eliminate plastics from my outdoor cookware. And they look so stylish too.

I’ve been using SilverAnt gear for a while now and honestly, it’s some of the best ultralight kit I’ve owned.

Everything I’ve picked up – from their cookware to water bottles – is ridiculously lightweight without feeling flimsy. That’s usually the trade-off with ultralight gear, but not here. It’s proper solid titanium, built to last, and you can tell it’s been designed by people who actually get outdoors.
If you’re into hiking, wild camping, or just keeping your setup simple and lightweight, I’d definitely recommend giving SilverAnt a go.

I ordered two of their titanium water bottles. After multiple washes they are still leaving a weird taste in the water. I asked to return them and have sent 3 emails requesting this. They have not responded to me at all. Poor product and poor customer service.
