Not only did I wait two months for my item

I ordered glasses from this company as an anniversary gift for my wife.
What I received was a joke at best, pictures did not match the description and after washing the glasses with lukewarm water before the first use, the print came off on both glasses in the same area.
I emailed the company and asked for a refund, was asked to provide pictures (which I did) and was ghosted after, absolutely no communication at all. I then filed a claim with the BBB and the case was closed due to the company not responding at all.
I also noticed the return and exchange policy changed after I my last email to the company prior to filing a claim with the BBB.
Worst experience ever!

I just bought a fake stich and angel pillow advertising what they try to sell you is a robbery the 12 inches pillow that you receive is no close on what the advertising sells a $50 dollar pillow really is worth $2 dollars, law should look at this website and make them return the money to all people they have rob.

Did not received the item that I paid for the company does not reply to my emails regarding a refund or replacement this is a rip off company do not buy from this company

I ordered on February 7th. I still haven't gotten my product. All they have said was we will contact me. All they have done is take my money and not given me my product. They have done nothing. Customer service is a joke. Thinking on calling my bank to refund the money.

Wish you could give a no star review. Order 3 separate orders and received 0 packages. Communication sucks. I believe this is a total scam. Spend your money somewhere else!

What we received was NOT what we ordered! My husband purchased this. We received a tiny piece of plastic that would not go on our tree! It is a Cheap Piece of Plastic! We want our money back! We were waiting and waiting for this (but it never was received before Christmas). We got it today and we are horrified! Just horrified!

Very disappointed with what I order. The product is not what I saw online very cheap quality. I will never order from you guys again. This is disgusting if you are showing something online. Make sure it's the same thing. People are getting when they place an order. People don't waste your money...

I ordered a personalized, the grunch who stole christmas tree topper. The picture shows it in 3d... it showed up 2d. It is pictured as a stuffy holding a starlight... In reality, it's a flat piece of plastic that you wouldn't fathom putting on top of a christmas tree... Not to mention it shipped from China and took a month to arrive... Definitely would have been good to know.. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money with this company.Because of false advertisement.. you are not getting what you paid for but you are getting upset.When you get the product.

I ordered a Disney World castle ornament for $25. It was beautiful in the videos/pictures but not when I got it. It was a plastic piece of crap! I am very disappointed because I was so excited to receive it.

Ordered mug for xmas for wife.
Delivery from China is a couple of weeks. Would have been nice to know delivery is not prompt. Missed xmas by two days. Give yourself plenty of lead time (at least a month) before the date needed.

Honestly I got my order and it’s exactly what it was on the screen!! I absolutely love it!! The only bad part was the lack of communication but after I came on here I got my order! Thank you I am very satisfied

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. I ordered this product because the pictures made it look really nice—clean design, good quality, and exactly what I was looking for. What showed up, though, was a completely different story.

It looks nothing like the photo. I get that photos can be edited or lighting can make things look a little better, but this was way beyond that. If I had seen the real product beforehand, I definitely wouldn’t have bought it. It’s disappointing to feel misled.
On the bright side, it did arrive on time, and it technically functions—but that’s about the only positive I can find. Overall, this product just doesn’t live up to the description or images, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay with something very different from what’s advertised.

I placed an order November 27th. Have yet to get my order. Haven't got an email confirmation or anything and they took the money from my account.

My order was perfect, well-crafted, and exactly what I wanted. It was processed in a timely fashion and arrived when it was promised. I am thrilled!

I ordered a personalized phone case and pop socket. When it arrives it was a flimsy case and thw pop socket didn't look like it did online. The spot where the camera lenses would go didn't align with my phone. I contacted customer service for a refund and sent photos of the problem and have nit heard back in a week. Very disappointed for the price I expected at least a functional case.
